Schönes Haus mit guter Lage

Wir sind im Haus einmal früher gewesen und wussten, was auf uns dort wartet. Schönes Haus, schöner Garten, konnten gut mit dem Hund spielen. Das ganze Gebiet Middelhagen sehr ruhig und schön. Viel zu tun, nicht weit von Sellin, Binz, Prora.

Aufenthalt zum Jahreswechsel

Das Haus hat eine schöne und ruhige Lage.Für uns war entscheidend, dass Hunde in der Unterkunft erlaubt sind. Man kann vom Haus aus gleich am Bodden spazieren gehen.Die Aufteilung war für uns 4 Personen und 2 kleine Hunde super passend.Wir wollten der Knallerei zu Sylvester ausweichen. Es war sehr ruhig, 0:00 Uhr gab es für ca. 10 Minuten Feuerwerke in der Umgebung, die zu hören waren. Unser Hund ist sehr ängstlich bei Feuerwerk und für ihn war es erträglich.

Qualität der Informationen

Die verfügbaren Fotos vermitteln den Eindruck, dass das Haus keine direkten Nachbarn hat. Inzwischen ist es dort sehr dicht bebaut. Auch sieht man auf einem Foto einen Zaun um den Garten herum. Diesen Zaun gibt es nicht mehr, was für uns, da wir mit Hund reisten, sehr ärgerlich war. Insgesamt sollten die Fotos dringend aktualisiert werden. Auch die Information, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche mitzubringen sind, hätte ich gerne vor der Buchung erhalten. Ansonsten war alles okay, das Haus war sauber, die Lage ist toll.

Super tolles Haus, wenn man Mückenschutz überall hätte! Sehr ruhige Umgebung und das Haus sehr ruhig, man braucht ein Fahrad um alles wunderbar zu erkunden, denn Einkaufen ist etwas entfernt... Auch wäre es wunderbar, wenn es Sonnenschutzrollo zur Verdunkelung und Aussperren der Sonne gäbe, ansonsten gerne immer wieder! Ich kann es bestens weiter empfehlen :-)

Ansprechende, gepflegte Fewo in guter Lage. Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsch offen. Für kühle Abende hilft der Kaminofen mit Holzvorrat. Sehr angenehm die 2 komplett eingerichteten Badezimmer. 100% Weiterempfehlung

Schönes Urlaub trotz schlecht gepflegte Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat ein schöne Lage, aber die Fotos vermittelten einen falschen Eindruck: Es gibt viele Nachbarhäuser, und der Garten ist klein. Im Inneren ist das Haus nicht besonders sauber und nicht liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Vermietungsagentur war nicht besonders freundlich. Glücklicherweise gibt es auch Positives: Es gibt genügend Platz und die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm.

Großartige Lage des Hauses, wenn man neben den Touristenströmen auch Ruhe sucht. Terrasse ist wunderbar, ebenso der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer. Nicht geeignet für Menschen, bei denen Sauberkeit oberste Priorität hat.

Familienurlaub

Im Bild war die Lage des Hauses allein stehend. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von mehreren Paar Strümpfen vor dem Haus empfangen, unter dem Bett befanden sich zwei Zahnspanngen, das Wäscheschränkchen brach beim einräumen in sich zusammen sodass das einräumen der Wäsche unmöglich war, die Küche war gut ausgestattet aber defekt, der Toaster muss neu werden, der Strandkorb war defekt. Verdunklung im Haus nicht möglich Fliegengitter kaum vorhanden. Schränkchen und Strandkorb wurden Vorort repariert! Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und die Anbindungen zu den Bäderorten ist wunderbar. Trost dem haben wir den Urlaub genossen. Liebe Grüße Brigitte

Großartige Lage

Das Haus liegt wirklich großartig: direkter Blick auf den Bodden, kaum Verkehr, wenige Meter vom NSG Schafsberg entfernt, herrlich ruhig.

In die Jahre gekommen

Tolle Ecke, ruhig und tolle Aussicht. Soweit zur Insel und der immer wieder sehenswerten Landschaft. Wir waren schon viele Male auf Rügen und wohnten immer in Ferienhäusern. Diesmal waren wir nicht zufrieden. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war enttäuschend. Einige technische Einrichtungen, wie z.B. die Duschkabine oder Wasserhähne, sollten dringend instandgesetzt werden. Das schöne Wetter nutzen wir zum Baden und erlebnisreichen Radtouren.
