Small hotel rooms with very limited space in the rooms to move around but not expensive and was convenient as it was very close to main train lines, making the area very accessible. Walking distance away from Dotonburi. If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay, this is a good option.

probably the most convenient location possible. walking distance to dotombori and namba station, and less than 20 feet from a subway entrance direct to the midosuji line. the room was comfortable and clean, as well. the location alone, however, should be the major selling point of this hotel, especially if you plan on spending many late nights out in dotonbori.

The Hotel is closed to the train station. It is easy to walk to free market, shopping center, very convenient. I like it a lot. Recommend it.

Hotel was in a prime location with Family Mart connected downstairs and a Namba Station entrance right outside. Staff was friendly and a good amount of amenities available.

We were able to make a last minute reservation when our original hotel reservation had an issue. From the time of booking on expedia to the time we were able to get in the room was about 30 minutes. Rooms are much more spacious than Apa and Grids hotels in same area

A good hotel

The front desk is friendly and efficient. Room is clean although it is tiny. The location of the hotel is near to shopping malls, department stores, restaurants, many shops, overground and underground.

Had travelled to Japan more than 18 times. Been to Osaka many times as well. Decided to book this as compared to other areas at shinshabashi as they have a connecting room. Location is just across Namba station, lots of eateries. The hotel is very busy, reception is at level 2. The hotel has this policy where they will have to clean your room every third day. We normally don’t request for cleaning as it is a hassle. So we think that hotel should allow that. We requested for high floor and they arranged that. The common use washing machine (paid) is very dirty, with lots of hair trapped and all sorts of dirty. I actually cleaned it before using it. Previously stayed at a Tokyo station hotel, they staff cleaned the washing machine at about 2 pm everyday or so. So imagine my horror of seeing how dirty the washing machine is. Overall the place is clean but minus the washing machine.

LOCATION AMAZING

It is right on top of the station- best location of all the hotels we had in Japan. Great bathrooms, comfortable beds Familymart inside the hotel

Hotel price was good value for the price and facility looked new and modern and clean except for the elevator carpet. Room was small with bed pushed up against the wall. Bathroom floor was a step down which was hard to get used to (I stumbled into it). The double bed only came with two flat pillows which wasn’t enough for two people. Staff seemed attentive and located right next to a convenience store.

The location is perfect. Walkable to shopping markets, sightseeing area but ag the dame time not too crowded. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable. Clean, good staff, easy check-in, check-out. The only thing ai didn’t like was that there was a step between room and bathroom that made my foot hurt first day. So be careful about that. Other than I really liked my stay in this hotel.

Need more towel bars in bathroom. Need safety bar to get out of tub. Need 2 luggage racks per room. Single room should have a single bed (not queen size) to allow more space in room.

The room was a lot smaller than the other properties I stayed at in Japan. But it has everything you need. I don't think it would be great for more than one person though. The bathroom is also a little small. But all of your necessities are provided in the lobby plus some pajamas and there's laundry there. You're right next to a family Mart. It's on the ground level, you're across from the train station. The only thing is if you come from the train station with a lot of luggage. Don't listen to Google maps and take exit 9 or 10 :00 to get out. I think it's it's exit number 5 that has an escalator and it's maybe across the street from the hotel. There is a yakitori place that's pretty good next door. It's a fine, economical stay. I didn't have any issues.

This place is literally in front of the Nankai railway and Namba station, very convenient! Also walkable from Dontonbori so a great place to stay with lots of food option. If you dont want to take train to the airport, the airport express bus is just outside the hotel entrance
