Great location; close to train station and shopping. In-room washer (no combo dryer) was convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is apartment conversion and could be better maintained/presented: Entrance area was cluttered with dirty laundry carts; Room was quite dusty; vents need cleaning; toilet and shower fans were malfunctioning. Seems more like a small-business/family-run operation than a large-chain with standardized quality control and processes.

衛生面が？

玄関を開けた瞬間に、カビ臭いニオイがあり、睡眠出来るような環境で無かった。 他の方が口コミに書かれてるように換気扇の音も結構な大きさで気になった。 また、冷凍庫に前の宿泊者の食品の残りものもあり、あらゆる衛生面が気になり、宿泊は止めて、他のホテルに変更しました。 キッチンはあるものの調理器具等はありませんでした。
