I stayed with my family of four in a single bedroom with two full beds in it. The room was not spacious the two beds almost cover the whole space there was barely a space to put my luggage. The location was good close to attractions. The room & bathroom was clean. The hotel has its own free parking but it is limited if you check in late you might not be able to find parking but there are paid parking around. Over all its a good hotel and I would recommend if you are on short trip.

Loved the proximity to family mart. Paxhinko parlour was hinestly quiet the entire time. Rooms are small, but for the price, it was actually a real bargain. Streaming on good sized TV was a plus and amenities to just grab and go waa great. Checkin was under 5 minutes and checkout under 30 seconds. Reallllly close to the subway, too which was incredibly valuable for day trips.

The room was very spacious and location is very convenient. 1 subway stop from Namba station and right beside a Kura Sushi which was perfect for a night in since my children were exhausted from activities.

Good option for a reasonable price

Nice location not too far from the main centre - about 10/15 minutes by walk otherwise there are other options using public transportation. The room size was in the average so don't expect too much space but still enough for a couple of nights stay in the city. I appreciated the possibility to select the option for the preferred cleaning to be more sustainable but, as others, I can confirm there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom when we enter the room that seems to reduce once the vent was on or after having a shower, so it was pretty much okay since we were away most of the time.
