The room window was completely sealed and could not be opened. The TV supports streaming services. The receptionist during check-in was not very professional, but the two foreign staff members I met at check-out were friendly and professional. The lobby and lounge area were noticeably small and often felt overcrowded. Overall, I do not feel this hotel meets the standards of a three-star property.

Pretty good! Pros: Nice Location. Good Area. Public Bath was nice. The Bed Was Good! Cons: Pillows were awful. Elevator stops at 2nd floor every time. Cleaning done even with no sign on the door.

Room was clean and ready an hour before our offical check-in time, so they were able to accommodate us early. The spa and sauna in the women's public bath were in great shape and had toiletries available there. Check-in and check-out were seemless. I appreciated that they did offer luggage forwarding.
