While the hotel was clean and comfortable, the elevator situation is unacceptable. It should not take 15 minutes or more for me to get to or from my room. It is unclear what causes these delays, as the property has at least 12 elevators. Perhaps some of them should be reserved for hotel guests and not publicly usable floors. As it stands, expect a long line on any floor as you try and use the elevators, and expect them to regularly skip your floor or to be full. Going up or down 30 flights of stairs is also not a real option. It is a shame, because otherwise the experience was pleasant. Unfortunately I have to recommend that people stay elsewhere since access to the room is a basic need.

This was a very automated experience. From check in to check out I think we spoke to one person. Not my cup of tea. After a long day of travel I would like a person to assist with check in and our questions around late checkout and luggage storage. Twin room was Ok in Japan standards for room. I didnt like that you had to pay for access to the pool. The food and drinks were overpriced. The hotel is very nice and checkin and checkout is very fast. Oh they also hold your bags before and after checkin.
