Great place

Great condo, boat slip very close and not too many stairs. Very clean and comfortable beds. Definitely would stay here again!

We were here with family members and had a great stay at this property. Kevin was great a meeting our last minute requests and communicating details as things came up. Would stay here again!

We love staying at this property. It has everything we need for an awesome week stay. We mainly fished and boated this year and the condo is right off the water with a boat slip!

Great location

Condo was very nice and had a great view. Being on the first floor was super convenient as we could walk right out the patio door to the boat slip or pool. The location was excellent, very close to restaurants/bars, especially by boat.

All in all this was a great condo and amenities. The two pools and beach area were a big hit with my grandkids. Parking is a little tight.

Nice family vacation weekend

Great view of lake, it was nice to have boat slip. The pool was nice. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Communication with owner was nice and easy. (JUST KNOW, YOU CANNOT USE GRILL AT THE LEDGES)

Best space for a girls trip!!

We had 8 of us girls down for the weekend and it was amazing! The location of this condo was perfect! 10/10 on communication from the owner too! We highly recommend booking.

Great location!!

This is our second stay in this condo! It is just the perfect location and cute little condo. Just one little note is that the pictures need to be updated on the post because there are not 2 couches in the living room anymore. I like having the dining table but was unaware that it was going to be there.

Just Right

We’ve stayed other places and it’s been hit or miss. This is a hit, we were very pleased. It was simple, clean, great view. We don’t spend much time in the condos when we are down here, so didn’t need any bells and whistles, just a clean place with decent beds! One perk that was awesome & helpful was not only have a deck exit to easily get to the boat, the slip was close too!Highly recommend this place. And oh they have a coffee maker with both a k-cup and filter option

1st time at LOTO

We loved everything about this condo. Sitting on the deck in the morning and evenings. From feeding the ducks, fishing and swimming at the pool. We will definitely be back. Kevin was very responsive to any and ask questions before arriving. The condo was stocked with more than I had anticipated. Thank you Kevin for letting us make family memories.
