Overall good trip. The condo is on the top floor and the steps up to the door did not have lights, we arrived late so it was very hard to see!. Also, not labeled well....hard to know where to go once we got there. The condo was nice and clean. Kinda smelled like smoke inside, even though there is a no smoking policy! And, I couldn't sit on the deck one afternoon because the neighbor was smoking.

Everything was perfect for a nice weekend away. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need to cook, the place was clean and it was a great location! The host contacted me the 1st night and asked if everything was ok, and was quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend staying here in the future.

Quaint place perfect for a couple- super cute! Great location - awesome to have a ramp on-site - boat ramp is very shallow entry, so a bit tricky if your boat sits high on trailer - also awesome to have a slip available- slip is best for a shorter boat (22 or less). Nice pool area with kiddy pool. Area is beautiful with sooo many deer. Owner was very responsive and even supplied an extra appliance that I asked about. We will definitely consider renting again when we come down without our kids.

Host never answered us.

My husband and I drove 6 hours for this trip and our host never sent us any check in instructions nor an access code to get in. We tried calling her 2 hours before arrival and had no luck. Finally when arriving at the location we tried messaging her and calling her one more time...no luck. I had to call Vrbo customer service to see how they would be able to call and the representative had no luck getting a hold of Natalie. Dont waste your time nor money renting this location.

Easy access to Lake of the Ozarks condo

We were at Lake of the Ozarks for a bass tournament when we stayed at this condo. It was a short distance from everything, the state park boat ramp that the tournament went out of, restaurants, and shopping. It is very clean, modern looking, and well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay there. Natalie, our host, was very attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay! The condo was exactly as pictured. Condo was clean and owner, Natalie, was very responsive and flexible. I was super happy that the pool was still open the weekend after Labor Day. I would definitely stay here again!

Small but nice!

Very nice place. Small, but we knew that and felt very comfortable at all times. Nice furnished except for the couch. Patio was smallish, but has a nice view of the water and yet is back far enough to eliminate some of the noise of the really high powered craft passing by. Nice dock and clean grounds.. We highly recommend this place, but not for physically challenged as there are 18 steps up to the unit. Host/ess provides almost EVERYTHING you might need to be comfortable during your stay. We will return.
