Welcome to beautiful Villa Kulla! A house full of history and charm surrounded by a beautiful garden and sea view of lake MĂ€laren.
Here on the country side you will find peace and quiet. The house is large, airy and perfect for large families and groups.
Villa Kulla is a house of over 220 sqm with 3 bedrooms, a living room, a TV room, a dining room, a generously glazed veranda and a charming country kitchen.
The house is a traditional manor house that has been carefully renovated to meet the needs of a modern family but without losing the traditional charm.
The large glazed veranda is a Mediterranean oasis in miniature. Citrus, olive and figs love the sun and wind protected location! Here you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun, lunch in a quiet breeze from the ceiling fan and dinner from the barbecue corner 2. The pool is just steps from the veranda and has sun from early morning until late afternoon.
Guests have access to the whole place, including a heated outdoor swimming pool (3.6 * 6.25 m). There is also an outdoor sauna for guests free of charge.
The beautiful garden is filled with flowers, and the lawns are large and excellent for children to play on. There is also a trampoline and a playhouse with a large sandpit for the kids.
There is plenty of space to park several cars.
Indoors there is a tiled stove that can be used if desired.
In the house, guests are free to use everything. The kitchen is very well equipped and tea and coffee is provided free of charge.
WiFi is included at a speed up to 100 Mbit / s. There is a TV with YouTube & SVT Play .

Sommarhus de luxe
Charmigt hus med stora ytor för lek och umgÀnge! Mkt hÀrligt stort fullt utrustat kök dÀr vi lagade mat tillsammans! Saknade endast en brödrost och stavmixer. Den största behÄllningen var ÀndÄ den stora verandan med sin mysiga inredning. Att sitta o Àta frukost pÄ verandan och ha full uppsikt pÄ barnen som badar i poolen var lyx! Poolen var vÀlskött och bra temperatur och den nyttjade vi frÄn morgon till kvÀll! SÄ vÀlstÀdat nÀr vi kom och dessutom möttes vi av nybakade bullar i köket! Vi Àlskade omgivningarna runt Kulla Nyby, sÄ vacker natur och fina gÄrdar, perfekt att ta lÄngpromenader! En helt perfekt vecka med vÀnner och familj!

Fantastiskt nöjda!
Vi Àr sÄ nöjda med allting! Det vackra huset med dess omgivningar hade allt man kunde önska sig. Poolen anvÀndes flitigt i vÀrmen. Kontakten med vÀrden fungerade mycket smidigt, liksom in- och utvecklingen. Vi har inget att anmÀrka pÄ och bokar gÀrna detta hus i igen!

Schweden Traum
Wir hatten wunderschöne entspannte 12 Tage in diesem tollem alten Haus mit Charme. Anneli war super nett und zuvorkommend in Kommunikation und bei Fragen, alles sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus ist riesig, mit viel Platz fĂŒr eine groĂe Familie, liebevoll im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Der absolute Traum ist die Veranda und der Pool. Wir hatten das beste Sommerwetter um dies alles genieĂen zu können. Die Betten und Matratzen waren sehr gut, hochwertige BettwĂ€sche. Toll auch das Fernsehzimmer mit Netflix Möglichkeit und diese wundervollen alten Kachelöfen đ. Es gibt ein paar minimale Abnutzungen - etwas veraltetete Rollos, einige Bohrlöcher von VorhĂ€ngen, manches ist improvisiert, die wunderschöne Holztreppe hat etwas gelitten - es scheint, nicht alle GĂ€ste gehen sorgfĂ€ltig mit den Dingen um. Die KĂŒche ist herrlich groĂ, Grundbedarf (SpĂŒlmittel/Lappen/BĂŒrste/GewĂŒrze/CafĂ©/Tee) und Geschirr war alles reichlich vorhanden. Traumhaft der moderne Herd eingebaut an der alten Feuerstelle. Einzig das Bad war etwas schwierig, es gab keine Steckdosen fĂŒr Fön oder Rasierer, dafĂŒr war es schön groĂ und hatte Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das GrundstĂŒck bietet sehr viel Platz und die groĂe Wiese vom Elternhaus darf mitbenutzt werden, schön fĂŒr Federball oder Wikingerschach. Auch eine Feuerstelle ist vorhanden. Die Lage nahe Stockholm/Uppsala war perfekt fĂŒr uns und man hat die Möglichkeit zur Ruhe und fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit im Haus und in Schweden sehr genossen, konnten uns wunderbar erholen und die Menschen waren alle sehr freundlich und offen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Mycket fint gammalt renoverat hus med gott om plats för tvÄ familjer. Spatiösa utrymmen med all nödvÀndig bekvÀmlighet. Skönt att inte behöva ta med sig sÀnglinne eller tvÄl, schampo och dylikt. Vi tillbringade största delen av tiden i den hÀrliga inglasningen och pÄ poolterassen. FrÄgor och funderingar besvarades direkt av Anneli.

Fantastiskt villa.
Charmig villa, mycket hjÀlpsam Àgare som Àr trevligt och mycket lÀtt att nÄ. svarar direkt pÄ telefonen och försöker sitt bÀsta för att göra din vistelse sÄ smidig och trevlig som möjligt.
Poolen Àr ren men det kommer perfekt om det finns en trappa.
