Aufenthalt im Casa Santa Rughe Orosei

Wir waren inzwischen das vierte Mal in dem schönen, in der Altstadt sehr zentral gelegenen Haus. Die sehr geschmackvoll restaurierte Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin ist herzlich!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist nicht besonders groß, für uns aber völlig ausreichend. Der Innenhof ist toll! Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, so dass alle Wege sehr kurz sind. Damit einher geht natürlich, dass man abends hört, wenn es auf dem Dorfplatz laute Musik o.ä. gibt. Antonella ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat alles perfekt organisiert!

Una experiencia fantástica

El apartamento es precioso, muy bien decorado y, aunque sin lujos, tiene todo lo necesario para estar como en casa. Está estupendamente ubicado en el centro histórico de Orosei y desde antes de la llegada y durante toda la estancia todo han sido facilidades por parte de la propietaria.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour dans ce logement fonctionnel et très bien situé en plein cœur du village. Parking à 6-7 minutes à pied, « offert », mais possibilité de stationner brièvement près de l’hébergement. Quelques points à savoir - mais qui ne nous ont pas dérangés : plein centre du village donc en plein mois d’août c’est un peu bruyant les soirs de fêtes, pas de volet sur la porte fenêtre qui donne sur l’extérieur de la chambre parentale donc pas de nuit noire. Néanmoins l’hébergement est très beau et nous y avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants (dont un bébé).

Hervorragend

Wir haben bereits zum zweiten mal die Ferien in der Casa Santa Rughe verbracht und es war so wunderbar wie letztes Jahr. Die Kommunikation mit Antonella verlief einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat alles nötige ohne viel Schnickschnack. Wir haben unter anderem wieder diese Wohnung gewählt, da wir den „Vorgarten“ mit der Lounge praktisch fanden und das Haus einzigartig ist. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wohnung mit Stil

Wir verbrachten fast zwei Wochen in Orosei. Die Kommunikation mit Antonella war durchgehen gut und die Ankunft sehr herzlich. Die Wohung war noch etwas schöner als auf den Bildern. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit unseren zwei kleinen Kinder war die Wohnung perfekt, da die Kinder im Garten/Innenhof spielen konnten und wir noch unseren Kaffee in aller Ruhe geniessen durften. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, die Kirche hat uns nicht gestört, sie war erstaunlich leise und hat eine schöne Melody. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gerade richtig, es hat alles was es braucht. Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus in schönster Lage

Das Haus ist sehr sauber gut ausgestattet mit allem, was den Urlaub angenehm macht. Nebenan läuten immer mal die Kirchenglocken, ansonsten ist es aber ruhig und das obwohl die nächsten Restaurants nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegen. Der Check-in inkl. Parkplatz und Shuttle war perfekt organisiert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder!

Entspannter Urlaub im komfortablen, stylischen Altstadt-Haus

Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen, absolut stylisch, gemütlich und komfortabel ausgestattet, mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Orosei. Als Familie mit 2 fast erwachsenen Kindern haben wir hier 2 sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Nette Restaurants, der Dorfplatz und Supermärkte sind fußläufig. Es gibt einen extra Parkplatz, ca 7 min zu Fuß entfernt, da Parken in der Altstadt nur begrenzt möglich ist. Die Kommunikation mit Antonella war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen :-)

Schönste Ferienunterkunft in Sardinien in 30Jahren Urlaub auf Sardinien

Die Ferienunterkunft liegt in im Zentrum von Orosei nur wenige Schritte von allen wichtigen Dingen, wie die sehr zu empfehlende Central Bar, Restaurants, Bäckerei, usw. entfernt.Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Top sauber! Durch den Innenhof ergibt sich eine Oase im Zentrum des quirligen schönen Ortes.Durch die ganzseitige, mehrteilige Glasschiebetür der Küche hat man das Gefühl im Freien zu sitzen. Wunderbar von den ortsansässigen Architekten geplant um umgesetzt. Die Betreuung und der überaus freundliche Empfang von Antonella war beispiellos! Orosei eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für kulturell Interressierte, Wanderer und Wassersportler, sowie Weinliebhaber und Feinschmecker. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Hauptkirche von Orosei setzt allerdings ein Verständnis für ihr Glockengeläut voraus. Wir haben uns nach kurzer Zeit daran gewöhnt!

Vacances à orosei

La maison est très jolie, confortable et bien aménagée . La Clim est très appréciable car le soleil tape toute la journée sur les pierres sombres. Il faut savoir que l’église sonne de manière régulière, c’est très joli, à partir de 7h le matin. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et avons découvert de très belles plages.

Casa incantevole al centro del paese

La casa di Antonella è una scoperta, aprendo il portone ci si ritrova in una splendida corte privata in pietra, con un salottino privato all'aperto. La casa è stata appena ristrutturata, ricercata in ogni piccolo dettaglio, curata e valorizzata con sapienza nel recupero dell'architettura locale. E' arredata benissimo, comoda, funzionale, anche le stoviglie, gli elettrodomestici, c'è tutto ciò che serve ed è tutto in perfette condizioni. Noi avevamo due bambini di 5 e 8 anni e siamo stati benissimo, lo spazio esterno è davvero piacevole, la vetrata della cucina si apre completamente e la sera cenavamo come all'aperto, con tutte le ante aperte verso la corte privata dove i bambini potevano giocare o rilassarsi sui divanetti. La consiglio davvero, tutto preciso, pulito, e soprattutto, bello! Una piccola oasi di pace e di stile, a due passi dalla piazzetta del paese. Antonella è molto gentile e discreta, un giorno ci ha lasciato anche un piatto di fichi freschi appena raccolti ! Grazie di tutto, torneremo il prossimo anno sicuramente!

Très jolie maison au cœur de la ville d'Orosei.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans une maison très confortable, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et idéalement située pour profiter de la côte en journée et de la vie du village le soir. Antonella s'est montrée très disponible, attentionnée et à l'écoute. Bref une hôte parfaite!
