Stunning unobstructed view of ocean from balcony. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with attention to detail. Conveniently located near restaurants and grocery store. The property, grounds and pool are well maintained. Very quiet property with easy beach access. We love having parking garage access with a designated parking space. Carts are available to help with off and on loading. Elevator was in good working order. All in all it made for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

The condo was very cute and stocked with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings, enjoying the cool ocean breeze. I appreciated that chairs and beach toys were provided for the guests.

Pros- private parking, view of ocean, communications with Robert, kitchen well stocked, nice master bed, and exterior of building. Cons. Doors, elevator and interior needs updating.

Everything was great

The host Robert provided us with all the information before our arrival. He answered all our questions immediately after our arrival.We thank Him very much for everything. The apartment had everything we needed. There was even a beack car in the garage, which we took great advantage of when loading and unloading. We felt great. We highly recommend it to everyone! Yearly Trip to Seawinds

Our family travels to Ormond every year the first week of October and we always stay in the Seawinds. This condo was accurately described in the description. It had everything we needed for the week along with starter toiletries. The property is always well maintained. Location could not be better if you want a small condo and private beach. Communication with the owner was easy through text when we had questions. Owner did come and prep the condo for Hurricane Milton. Would stay again.

Excellent weekend at the beach

Had a great stay at Blue Heron! Condo was clean, check-in and out easy, and location perfect for day trip up to St. Augustine or Daytona. Beach was quiet and pristine and view from condo balcony was breathtaking each day. Even helped sea turtles during their incubation time! Highly recommend Blue Heron - thank you for a great weekend at the beach!

Very relaxing

This place is beautiful! Right on the beach. Quiet and close to lots of stores and restaurants. The host was attentive and takes pride in his property. It’s beautifully decorated. I would stay here again!

Beginning of Summer Bliss

We were very pleased with the condo, could drink coffee on the patio and watch the sunrise. The beach access was so convenient, chairs for the beach located on the walkway so we didnt have to use the ones we brought. Pool was in the sun morning to early afternoon but in the heat of the day was shaded and very comfortable. Only issues incountered were light switches not working anything and figuring outlets out and a couple missing blind slats that made it impossible to keep light from the living room off the beach for the turtles. We had a great relaxing time and cant wait to return!
