Disgusting

Disgusting & most ghetto hotel I’ve ever been to. Dried up poop on the floor, stains all over sheets & blanket. No trashcan, phone, chair, lamp, towels. It was like we got put in an out of order room. Breakfast is nothing like the picture, waffle maker is just sitting there with piled dust & stale bagels & bread. Raisin bran or frosty flakes. Even the workers were talking about how horrible the manager is & how nasty it is they have to buy their own supplies. It was Baymont, then Ormond beach inn & now trying to be a quality inn. I’d just stay away for awhile.

I guess this is what you get for this price but little things, like a friendly person at the check-in desk, don’t always cost the hotel extra money. There is a very strange smell in the entrance area and the fitness room is out of service. Could be worse but it could also be better.

I booked a king room upon checkin mgr. gave me one bed Queen had to go back to desk. I needed a king bed, so then they gave me two queens. They do not even have a king bed as advertised, breakfast consised of muffin, 3 different cereals, Milk, juice, coffee and apples.No hot breakfast as advertised. Mold on ceiling. Bath mat was dirty.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever tried to stay in. After a 14 hour drive, a twenty minute wait to get someone to even show up in the deserted lobby, I tried to check in and was told my reservation had been cancelled the clerk muttered something about no water in the hotel. I asked why I wasn’t contacted to let me know and was told “we don’t do that”. At no point did anyone ever say they were sorry or apologize for the inconvenience

Tops the list of disgusting

I’m a racer and have stayed in some questionable places. This place was so bad I had to wash the black stuff off my feet twice. The hardwood floors were filthy and that’s just the beginning. Rust on all fixtures and lamps. Mold everywhere. Dirty microwave. Even handprints on the headboard and the tv screen was wiped down with a dirty rag. Looking at front of entrance and the Baymont sign up top has been removed and railing below it is rotting. The free breakfast was none existent. And quite frankly if they had had food I would not have eaten it. Was afraid Elton even make coffee.

Room smells musty and moldy. Looks like mold on the ceiling. Hotel has a bad odor. I know it's only two weeks after hurricane Milton. That may have something to do with it. Smell gives me a headache.
