We have stayed at this property several times as it is a perfect fit for my immediate family. My wife grew up in Orleans and is 1 of 7. My wife and I rent this home when a local family gathering is in order. The management company has been wonderful to deal with and are very responsive to our inquiries. It is quite clear the owners have pride in their happy place and go above and beyond in many ways to ensure your stay is enjoyable. All the kitchen draws and cabinets are labeled as to what each includes to minimize your search. We as "grillers" and take advantage of the higher end weber grille on the beautiful outside deck. The master is on the 1st with it's own swanky bath with 2 bed rooms upstairs along with 2 full baths up. There is also a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor too. We find this home to be relaxing, clean with many modern conveniences that we expect to have as "foodies".

My husband and I and our two dogs really enjoyed our quick stay at this beautiful, modern, clean, and well equipped home in Orleans. We really wished we could have stayed longer especially because the Cape is so amazing in September. It’s a short drive everywhere but it[’s very doable.

Family Weekend

We have stayed twice now at DelMar properties for family weekends! We love the shared space ideal for sharing board games and cooking together. The properties are all well maintained, have personality and charm, and working with DelMar couldn't be smoother. Would book again!
