Nice stay!

We had a great stay! The house was spotless and very well-maintained. The pool was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and perfect for downtime. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made for restful nights. The location is also ideal—close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation Success!!!

Booked this property for our 2025 family vacation. Upon arrival the house was clean and ready for our stay. Check in and check out process was simple and hassle free. The owner was prompt with communication. We definitely were made to feel welcomed!! The children all enjoyed the pool and hot tub!! No complaints from our part. If we make it down to Orlando again, this would definitely be a property I would book again if available!

Fantastic place to stay

This place exceeded our expectations Of everything. Love that the hostess is straight forward and easy to understand. Process was so simple arriving and departing. Will for sure rent again. The only draw back is traffic is very busy most of the day so plan for a 10 mile trip to take 30 minutes. Great neighborhood.

Great Place

We loved our stay at this house. The only issue we had was a freezing cold pool, we paid for heat but the pool only seems to have 1 working jet so it never got warm enough to really enjoy. But overall it was great and we would go back! Rebecca the host was great and even reimbursed the heat cost.

Short stay for wedding

The house was just as listed and my family enjoyed our short stay. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Rebecca was wonderful in answering our questions. Would highly recommened this place for anyone wanting to stay in the Orlando area.

Excellent stay, for our Disney vacay!!

Listing was everything that was listed and expected. It accommodated our family of 7, with 5 kids aging from 4-17, with plenty of room, in a safe neighborhood, less than 20 minutes from Disney World. Host was excellent with our last minute communications on heating the pool, due to 80 weather in December/January. Overall would highly recommend, thank you guys again for helping make our family Christmas vacation a great one!!

Our favorite place to stay in the Orlando area.

This was our second time staying at this property. We returned because we were so impressed with the cleanliness of the home. Rebecca is a great host and promptly replied to our questions and helped us out with a rescheduling issue we had due to a canceled flight. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in the area.

Great place

It was perfect for us. Kids enjoyed the pool. House had everything we needed. The game room didn’t have an air conditioner and it was too hot to use. It was an hour from Busch gardens Tampa and about 30 minutes from sea world Orlando. We loved it!

Daughter performed at Disney

My youngest came to Disney for Festival Disney for band and chorus. I couldnt chaperone, so i rented a house and my oldest and cousin came down with me. We had a great time. The house was beyond my expectations. My oldest even found a friend. A lil gecko kept visiting us..she named him George! Hope to come back again to one of your rentals...

2024 West Haven stay

Rebecca was great to deal with, house just as described, other than the street noise, (we stayed for 3 months, found it a little loud with the emergency vehicles going by), we loved everything else. Location was great for access to parks and shopping.
