Nice property, anytime we had an issue they were right on top of it to repair within 20 minutes. Excellent hosts with Element, would definitely stay with them again when we all come back in 2 years!!

We had a great family reunion at the house. However, we had to pay for the waterpark and it was not worth it. It was too crowded. The house was great!

Property exceeded our expection. The only problem was a molded shower curtain, slow drain. We throughly enjoyed ourselves!

The house was clean, we had some issues with the refrigerator near garage door. The house was nice, but, shows a lot of wear and tear. Overall it was adequate for a weekend stay. Lastly there was some confusion on parking and parking passes.

SUPER Responsive Hosts

We decided to have a bit of a family reunion for the first time on 15 years and I'm VERY glad we chose this house. It was very comfortable and large enough for everybody to have their own space, while sharing in the group hangouts. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the trip if I ever needed to reach out. I'd go back!

Excellent Stay!

During our few times to Florida, this has had to be the best location we’ve stayed in yet. From location being more than ideal to convenience of having readily available appliances throughout the house itself made it all the better of an overall trip. Up and downstairs laundry appliances was more than helpful given the size of our group, not to mention the grill and pool being readily prepared made outside activities more enjoyable and convenient. 10/10 would recommend, and would absolutely stay again.

Lots of fun

I really enjoyed the place. It had plenty of room. The bathroom on the first floor in the bedroom needed to be cleaner. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay. Look forward to coming back next year.

Amazing

It was perfect for our large family getaway. We had one small issue with the pool being cloudy and the management company was very responsive. They had someone out the very next day to clean it and it was great.

House was very spacious and roomie. All the adults and kids had ample room kids enjoyed running around having a good time. However, rooms can use some remodeling. A few of the beds were broken, some got repaired. Some didn’t porch sliding door was very heavy also broken. But all in all very nice.

Golf Vacation

Pool/Hot tub didn't work, had to call for repair. House would be nice, but is in poor shape and needs lots of handyman work. Pool chair pads had mold on them and grill is on its last leg.

Wonderful place that had all the room for our big family

Justin and Mike helped whenever we needed anything. They were both great. We had 6 cars and we did not know that we could only have 5. However they accommodated us. The place was pretty clean. They carpet had some things on it. Other than it was clean.

Nice Large House

This house is a very large house with many rooms and appliances to accommodate very large groups. We found the house in a good shape, minor cosmetic blemishes here and there but with a house this large its in good shape. the few issues we had were taken care of immediately. Property manager was attentive and very prompt. House was clean, no major bug issues (found a few ants, but taken care of immediately), no major house issues. Loved the ability to use the garage which isn't always guaranteed. Pool was nice, paid for hot tub and they turned it on immediately which was nice. 8/10 would stay here again, and element was a nice property manager so I would choose them again.

Pleasant stay

The property was beautiful and very well kept, almost everything worked except a couple of chairs that were broken and a lack of missing forks, but as soon as management was contacted problems were solved. The one issue we had was with parking for five cars. We were not aware there was not enough parking in front of the house until after paying the deposit and once we were in the property, it was not easy to find parking spots. Apart from that we had a lovely trip!

Awesome for a large group!

This house checked all of our boxes. We were a large group of 21 adults in Florida for a week long softball tournament. The house had two dishwashers, two refrigerators, and two washers and dryers. This made it really convenient for our team. There were also plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone showering at once. The water was never cold! This is definitely a property we'd look to stay at in the future. The only downfall is the amount of traffic entering the neighborhood at night. There is only one entrance and can get backed up with a lot of traffic over spring break (we sat for over an hour one evening).
