Nice home which accommodated my party of 22 very well. However, the home has many issues with cleanliness and maintenance:filthy carpet throughout, bed bugs in 1 room( my niece had bites on her legs), dirty bed linen(quickly replaced by management) dirty bath towels(replaced), dirty tub in 1 room, lamps and tv’s in a few of the rooms did not work, lock on front door was broken, sink in 1 room stopped up, a/c went out 2nd night( was quickly resolved), neighborhood was not properly maintained, pool lounge chair was broken, door handles were broken in 2 rooms. If these issues are resolved and my inconveniences compensated , the home will be very nice.

The house is nice BUT the Wi-Fi sucks, pool lights don’t work, handles on doors falling off, dryer downstairs doesn’t work, Bedbugs tore me & my husband up…been reaching out & nobody has responded….think twice before renting this vacation home

We frequent Kissimmee a lot and always enjoy our time there. We've always had a great experience with each property, however; this time there were a several issues. Two light bulbs in the kitchen were not in the lights over the sink/island, one of the refrigerators did not get cold, several of the bathroom toilets were loose, one bathroom had a leak, one didn't flush and several toilets (seats, around the rim, sides, around the floor) weren't clean, there was left behind soap in a shower, there was a hole in the wall in the garage/game room, a kitchen table chair was broken, the corner of the rug in the living area did not lay flat creating cause for an accident, there were beer cans by the pool sitting beside the lounging chairs and a used cigarette on the lanai in the window seal. We used the grill ,the smoke made the fire alarm go off, when calling for assistance your assistance was via text, noone came out to assist, the alarm went off for over 30 minutes until we just took it down and put it back up the next morning.

DO NOT STAY HERE - MANY HOUSE ISSUES

I do not recommend anyone stay here. I should have been advised of the gate's address before my stay, as google and Waze will take you to an unmanned gate, which you cannot access. The day that we checked in, 4PM, it rained a couple of hours later, which caused the Router/WIFI to get disconnected due to the breaker being tripped. The house has water damage, which caused the breaker to trip and would not reset until the following day, when it was dry outside. This also caused two bedrooms/bathrooms to be without power, as they are also on the same breaker as the closet, which housed the router/modem. When emergency maintenance finally responded, they advised that the router/modem was in a master bedroom closet, which it was not. It was in a locked closet on the first floor, which I had to wait to receive the code for. I had to buy $40 worth of extension cable and surge protector just to get the internet to work, as I had to plug it into the main hallway outlet. The 2nd day into the trip, the main hallway was flooded with water. The AC unit on the 2nd floor stopped working, with the drain line backed up, and the sensor not working properly. It flooded the unit upstairs, which then drained through the floor and subsequently through the ceiling on the 1st floor. The water then dripped down through a ceiling recessed light fixture, flooding the main hallway. The emergency maintenance technician was unresponsive from that evening until the next afternoon. Terrible.

College Reunion

The set up of bedrooms was perfect for our group of 8. We each could have our own room and bath. Our first impression was not good because when we arrived at 4:00 P.m. there was a ton of trash outside the garage that the vultures had already gotten into and there were chicken bones and other trash all over the driveway. It was very disgusting. When it was finally picked up the next day there was still a lot of trash in the driveway. One of the guests felt the need to pick it up. The inside of the house was very clean and well kept. On the second night we lost the internet about 7 PM so therefore we did not have any tv or internet. It was difficult to get ahold of the property manager. It wasn't until 10 the next morning we were able to contact him. He told us to reset the router which was in the locked owners closet. He finally gave me the code to the closet so I could reset the router and everything worked again. Since we had flights to check in to it was a major inconvenience not to have the internet. We paid to have the pool heated and that worked well for us. Could have had a bit more soap and toilet paper. Otherwise our visit went well.

Convenience is key

The property was very well kept. Every room except two had a private bathroom and a half bathroom downstairs for everyone to use. All the common areas were the perfect size to accommodate our family of 24. The kitchen has two refrigerators and two dishwashers which is very convenient. There are two laundry rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The pool was spacious and clean, adding the heated feature for our stay was a bit plus but it does cost extra. All the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The game room was also very nice and entertaining for adults and kids. Of course like everything, there are always some minor issues. There was a discrepancy with the bed types as described con the listing to when we got there in person and some cleanliness issues with the shower liners. However, those are minor issues that can easily be corrected. I would definitely return to this property for the location, convenience and space to accommodate large parties.
