For your little space cadets we've got a galaxy themed room, with a bunk-bed slide, cool mood lighting and a starry sky ceiling. And for the gamers in the group, we've got a Mario Bros themed room that's sure to be a hit.



And for those who can't unplug, we've got complimentary wifi and dedicated laptop friendly workstations. The Disney themed loft TV lounge also has games like shuffleboard and foosball so you'll have endless entertainment options without ever leaving the house. Bella Vida Resort is a gated community of colourful luxury villas, designed for the perfect dream holiday within minutes of all the major attractions Orlando has to offer and located just off the US192 in Kissimmee, 7.3 miles East of Disney World Orlando and close to the local bus routes.

• Please be advised that the popcorn machine in the movie theater room is intended for decoration only.



• Please be advised of the following holiday schedule for Bellavida Clubhouse & Pool: On Dec 24 (Christmas Eve) hours will be 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, the facility will be closed on Dec 25 (Christmas Day), normal hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM) will resume on Dec 26, and on Dec 31 (New Year’s Eve) the clubhouse and pool will be open 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.



Additional Services:

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
