Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. We had to reach out for check-in information because the host provided nothing before arrival. They only responded after us reaching out to them, and even then the gate had no record of our reservation. Check-out instructions didn’t arrive until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, at the exact check-out time, and despite being unresponsive all week, the host showed up at the property right at 10:00 a.m.The home was dirty and poorly maintained. There was hair in the bed, smelly bedding, used soap in the shower, dusty décor, dirty dishes, brown stains on the floor, and a smelly game room we couldn’t use. The pool was also dirty. We had no Wi-Fi for 24 hours.There were also safety concerns, including exposed wires hanging in the master bedroom closet and a fire alarm that beeped nonstop due to a low battery. The ceilings were too high for us to fix it ourselves.We were relying on the heated pool and hot tub, but the host provided no information. When they finally responded—after days of us reaching out, we were told there was a fee but that it was “too late” to request it. This was never disclosed beforehand.Overall, the home was dirty, unsafe, and misrepresented, and the host was unresponsive, rude, and later lied to Vrbo to excuse it. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

House was very good for a group of golfers. It was extremely clean with nice amenities like televisions in each bedroom, numerous bathrooms and large kitchen. Only negative was limited parking ( two vehicles ). Additional parking was available a short distance away.

The property is spacious with a nice kitchen, good appliances, and nice bathrooms. The pool is clean and nice. The setup is very convenient for tourists. The only real drawback we felt was there is a musty smell in the garage which affects the bedrooms above, and about half of our guests suffered congestion with the air being too stuffy for a full nights sleep. There is a television in every room for a total of 10 TVs in the house. The remotes were linked together in such a way that the TVs would come on in other rooms when one guest would select a program. This was humorous, but annoying, so we had to unplug some televisions to stop it. But we really enjoyed a tasty week with the two refrigerators , big stone countertops, and two dishwashers, allowing for some great meals at the house. Shopping is nearby too. We had some stormy Florida weather while we were there, and it seems like the roof didn’t leak!! Overall 4-star rating.

This was a 6 yr in planning to take 5 grandkids to Universal studios. This house made our trip, pool amazing, each kids got their own room, close to everything. Loved the kitchen with 2 fridges, dishwashers and huge island. It could use a bigger frying pan. Had a clich but was dealt with quickly, thank you for that. I have never had an issue renting from VROB and will asways be my 1st choice.

Girlie birthday trip

We had 8 ladies (56) converging in Orlando for a birthday. From the minute I started communicating with the rep about check in, it was amazing. We were even approved for an early check-in - which was amazing - because we had early plans and needed a bit of extra time. Walking through the door, we were amazed. Such a clean house with 8 separate bedrooms and great-sleeping beds. 5 bathrooms and a pool - all fantastic.Our ONLY knock would be how the kitchen was stocked. We stayed in to cook our last night and FORTUNATELY brought some of our favorite pans (not knowing what would be supplied) and it turns out it was a good idea because there wasn't much to use. Other than that, ZERO complaints. GREAT HOUSE! Thank you!!

Privacy for Everyone

We had a few issues for maintenance like a dirty diaper on top of the outdoor screened enclosure, one of the icemakers was jammed, low flow ac coverage in one of the bedrooms, and a broken hot tub timer/dial, but nothing that affected our good time with family. The accommodations were perfect for a large family with no room sharing necessary.

Nicely Appointed

The house is nicely appointed. We had issues with 2 of the beds. The slats are not braced ,so when you sit on the bed they move .My sister and son thought they broke the beds. Maintenance came to "fix" the problem. We also had 1 slow draining bathtub on the 2nd floor that was never repaired. We reported it 2x. If you are cooking alot you may have to bri g your own pots and or pans. I went to goodwill for a frying pan. If you are staying for more than a night or 2, you will have to stock up on everything. But that should be expected. 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers with a huge island. That was nice!

This home was everything we needed and more for our Girl’s Trip of 7 for Epcot! The checkin process was easy and even when we had difficulty, customer service answered and helped immediately! The home was so clean that it felt brand new. Way bigger that the pictures gave credit for. BEDS WERE SO COMFORTABLE!! I will book again and again!

Two families coming together

Where do I begin the house itself is big. The rooms are big plenty of bathrooms and showers. The house itself is pretty plain. Not much decorations. The pool was a great part for my kids. The hot tub was also good. The rest was bad. We first got into the house my wife and I. Noticed there was no remote for the TV in the master bedroom right away. We told our host and we did not receive that remote at all. Then we noticed the kitchen sink was dirty not cleaned and there was a dead cockroach in the freezer of one of the Refrigerators. And then the next day, my wife found a cockroach in our master bedroom alive. Then the next day we found another cockroach in the master bathroom now this one was a huge cockroach. Told the host about the problem and all they could say is we’re sorry for the inconvenience. But be in the toppers that we are we made the best of it. Will never rent from up stay ever again. do not recommend this place at all.

7 day stay.

Pool had water filled but was not cleaned. Outdoor furniture was dirty. Our bed spread was full of stains, I took picture before I washed sheets and bed spread. Mattress covers were not washed, chesterfield had stains on it and again, I took pictures. Not one spare sheet set to put on the bed, not a spare blanket as it got cold during the night. The carpet in the room we were in did not get a thorough vacuuming and the carpet itself was very dirty. The kitchen had 4 small plastic glasses, that was it for non glass.. that’s unbelievable considering we were out by the pool a lot and had to purchase plastic glasses and salad bowels because there were none to be found. the kitchen is really badly stocked, we were a group of 9 people and cooking for our group was so hard without some cooking utensils. We were very disappointed with our stay. Please clean up your vacation property. We will not recommend it to others.

Family vacation

The house is beautiful, the place was clean when we arrived. The pool was a big part of making our stay even better. We stayed for a week, the kitchen supplies was just for 2 days. We had 13 people so we had a lot of garbage but had to buy garbage bags, face clothes, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap. One bed was broken and we were very impressed they came to fix promptly. It was not fixed, it took a few days but the last night there my neice and her little girl had a bed they were not afraid would fall through. The last morning before we all left for the airport there was a cockroach on the step. All week we did not see any. So hoping that was a one time thing, got in from outside? The manager was very prompt in returning our calls if we had questions or concerns.
