Room was dirty when we arrived. Staff was quick to react, but that was a theme all week. Anytime we need towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc, we had to call or go to the front desk. We head the same from others in the hotel. Simply not enough help and not enough supplies to go around.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The rooms are not ideal for our setup — we prefer the Home2Suites across the way — but if you don't spend a lot of time in the room, they're fine. They need physical attention — they're old and dinged up. Not anything staff can fix without an infusion of cash from Marriott.

The room was nasty in the beginning, the GM Glen gasslighted situations that should not have even been a problem to begin with such as stove top not working, the cleaning staff that cleaned the rooms 3/4 hours of the time never left replacement stuff such as towels and toilet paper never mind clean the room much of the time. They had a hot water issue on several floors, the room I booked as not the room I got, the breakfast times are awful close at 930a, the rooms were NOT what was expected or advertised. If I wanted Days inn services I would have stayed at a days in. We were on family VK that was ruined because of how awful the hotel stay was. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or any Marriott hotel ever again. Be cautious when booking a room.
