We recently stayed at this Monopoly-themed house and had a very positive experience overall. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the theme was fun and unique—we really enjoyed the little touches that made it special. The host had excellent communication and was always responsive. The resort amenities, especially the lazy river, were a big plus, and the location within the resort was convenient. The photos on the listing matched the property, so we knew exactly what to expect.//That said, a few things could be improved. The grill requires an extra fee, which felt frustrating since it’s already on-site. While noted in the fine print, nothing on the grill itself indicates an additional charge—it felt like having an oven but being told you must pay to use it. Also, the pool water was far too cold in October without paying for heat, which made it unusable. It’s like having air conditioning in the house but needing to pay more to actually use it. Including these things would make the stay more seamless.//Lastly, traffic adds significant time to theme park commutes: Universal took about 45 minutes, even late at night, and Disney about 30 minutes.//Overall, we appreciated the home’s cleanliness, theme, and host’s responsiveness, but the extra fees and long drives were drawbacks for us.

There were a couple things that weren’t the cleanest upon arrival, however we learned that there had been a party with the last guests and they ran out of time getting everything perfect. Staff responded and addressed our needs right away. Very fun themed house!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful and immaculate home. Everything was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and easy.One pleasant surprise was the resort’s clubhouse—it had a full water park, pool, and plenty of other amenities that really made the experience feel like a true vacation. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!

July 4th vacation
We had 3 generations of family staying at the Monopoly house for the 4th of July weekend and we had a blast. The decor was fun and there was plenty of room for everyone. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and just enough towels. The game room was a real treat for all and the pool was the hit of the weekend, we had a hard time getting the kids out of itThe resort was close enough to walk to and it really wasn't as noisey as expected. I would highly recommend this place to families.

Fantastic Getaway
Very nice property with private pool and only a short walk to the community resort waterpark. Very clean and spacious house. Very responsive property manager. Only area to improve is basic instructions for checking in and out were incomplete: had to ask for the WiFi and password as well as what all needed to be done as far as cleaning upon checkout. Typically a message is sent before checkin with these details or perhaps a welcome binder that contains the details. However, the host was quick to respond when I needed those answers.
