We enjoyed staying at this house and it worked great for our vacation/work trip. A few things worth mentioning: - the description says garage parking and lake view. Those are false- while Maria is very quick to reply to questions, but checkin info was confusing. It said I'd get an "epass" by email but she said I didn't need that because our names were on the listing. How am I to know? - I also had to ask her for door code. Not sure how she expected me to get in without it.- house needs a good dusting/deep clean. Carpets and couch have seen better days. Could use paint but, I get that renting is hard on a house. Beds were very clean. TV was impossible to use. Very confusing and just very slow. Silverware is all mismatched dollar store quality (would have liked at least the quality I'd be using in my home and this house is a bit more luxe than my own home, in decor at least, so the amenities didn't match) there's no baking sheets or oven gloves- resort pool and gym are NOT included! I hate that they don't just clearly state this. There is a one time fee of around 35 US. Minimal, but not expected- AC didn't work great upstairs. Maria said she'd send someone over, we never heard from her about it after. - house is not close to much. Nearest Walmart is 21min away- no storage for clothes in "kids" rooms- no washcloths anywhere. Bought our own to at least wipe counters- Beds were comfortable- beach/pool towels provided, minimal toilet paper, had to buy on 2nd day in
