The place is average and one thing I did not know was that the clubhouse was very far from the property, I had to get my car and drive like 3 miles to get to it. The mattress in the master suite needs to be replaced already, not comfortable at all. The QR codes were not working and it was a hassle to get in. Overall my stay in this property was ok. I don't think I will come back.

A wonderful location and a family favorite

We have stayed at this location for 5 times now, and it is PERFECT for families! The place was extremely roomy for 5 teens and the beds were fantastic! I think that it was great that I had my own room downstairs and it was quiet for me. Great kitchen for what you need, and the decor was MODERN and STYLISH. I am very glad that the communication was on point when I had questions. Some quick minor critiques:1. Orlando gets pretty hot like all the time, so keeping the AC at 75 is not an ideal programmed temp for when people are inside. I appreciate that we were able to get to it set to 70. I am not a fan of remote AC control, so maybe this can be removed?2. Thank GOODNESS I had been looking out the window the day of checkout, for I had already exited the shower/getting dressed, when I see the cleaning lady walk up at 9:00 and proceed to unlock the door!! Check out is clearly 10:00 and I politely told her that we will be out by then. But gosh, had I had been in the shower, and the teens upstairs packing up...awkward. Otherwise I would definitely choose this property again

GREAT House!

We stayed for a week for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. The house was spacious enough for 3 families and had all the amenities (the only thing we would have liked is a crock-pot). The house was close to shopping, restaurants, and the parks. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Loud. Can’t turn AC over 73. Hardly any hot water. Took mostly cold/warm showers. Beds were not comfortable. Squeaky upstairs floors. Towels were dirty had to re wash. People leaving trash all outside in front of properties. Not too safe of an area. Loud music. Not what we were expecting but you live and you learn

Absolutely nothing noteworthy about this property. Not super clean. Very cheap quality. Handles falling off, towels old and ratty etc. This property is not in the best neighborhood either . We did not feel safe and we are from Chicago! The common pool is filthy and CROWDED. Could not get a single spot in 10 days. Wi-Fi only works in main room. Would not stay here again. Very disappointed. It was not what we expected.

Amazing Home

The home is nicely decorated, extremely clean and welcoming. Tons of space for everyone I wish the couch was a little bigger but definitely not a deal breaker
