Loved that it wasn’t far from our main attractions. We went to Universal Studios, Sea world and Disney Springs. Very welcoming and just the right size for my family. Everyone was really nice and friendly. A list of activities in the area was included with our stay. The host was very welcoming and included all important information that we needed to know before check-in. Would stay here again.

The best comment I can share is this property is 'As Advertised!' Everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family or friends is included. The condo is clean and well appointed (as pictured). There were plenty of towels and more sleeping space than we needed. My two favorite things were (in addition to the china) there was plastic plates, bowls, cups etc. Which is a great relief when you have children. The other was the location. THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO BE if you're staying at Bahama Bay Resort. You can walk to the restaurant, pool, volleyball and pier in less than 1 minute. Whenever I come back to Orlando area the decision of where to stay is a no-brainer. This is it!

Great vacation

We loved our stay at Bahama Bay. The resort and amenities were so much fun for our family. The condo was just as advertised. It was clean and comfortable for our family. It is on the second floor which is advertised, but no elevator so that made it a little tricky with young kids and strollers. But it wouldn’t keep us from staying here again. I’m sure we will be back in the future.

Peaceful and lush property

Our family had a stellar weeklong stay in this condo. While the location is farther from some parks, its lush surroundings and peaceful atmosphere were unmatched. It's such a great walking resort, I'm glad we had enough no-activity days to enjoy it. The condo is bright and clean, new cozy bedroom carpets; there's virtually no signs of wear and tear, it's impeccably maintained. All the beds were comfortable, and I'm picky. I appreciated that the beds and pillows all had protectors on them. There was even an extra blanket kept in a plastic bag in the closet, which is great when your spouse hogs the blankets. We never felt the need to close the curtains on the back side of the condo, as you can't see any neighbors. The private screened-in porch was a lovely bonus. The kids liked reading there, hearing the birds and watching salamanders that climbed the outside of the screens. The kitchen had everything needed to cook, which we appreciated since we cooked daily and packed picnics when we went out. (No icemaker though, but not an issue for us.)The bathrooms were neat, water pressure and heat were superb.The resort is calm, Coffee 24/7 at Guest relations, gym, library, playground nearby. Lots of pool chairs, never any wind there and the pools were warm enough to swim at least 30m in 62F (17C) weather. The pool near the beach has music, the other is quieter. The hot tubs needed deep cleaning and chemicals, over NYE, and it was addressed promptly. Would stay here again! A

Peaceful Resort and stay

I had very nice stay with my family and friends. The check-in process is so smooth and the owner gave me stay and other do’s and dont’s instructions 2 weeks in advance. It is such a very good stay that we did not reach to either management or the owner for any concerns

Perfect Disney retreat

This property had everything we needed on our Orlando vacation. The beds were comfortable, the family/TV area had enough seating for everyone, and the kitchen was well stocked. Like other reviewers, the people above us had some little folks who ran around pretty early in the morning, but I guess that’s par for the course in Orlando! We did not use the pool, but this condo is less than a 5 minute walk from it if you want to spend a day relaxing. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful condo with great amenities!

We loved the cleanliness and comfy beds after being in the park all day. What was even better was coming back to one of the several relaxing pool and hot tubs in the complex! Saw some cool birds by the ponds and pool/ping pong were near the pool too. Fun place for families to hang out! We would definitely come again!

Great condo on beautiful resort with excellent host

This was our first time in Bahama Bay and we weren’t disappointed. Ken’s condo is an excellent home from home. As a couple we had more than enough space but you could easily fit 2 couples or a family in there. The condo is nicely set up with comfortable furniture and nice furnishings. We only prepared breakfast and snacks during our stay but there were plenty of pans and utensils had we wished to cook. The master bed was really comfortable so we slept well. The washer and dryer are modern and efficient. We loved the outlook onto the nature area. It was great to sit on the balcony watching wildlife without being overlooked - made it quieter. Bahama Bay is a beautiful resort with well maintained gardens and a lovely walk around the decorative lakes where you can see a variety of birds, turtles and small alligators. The resort was only partly occupied, even over Thanksgiving, which made it very quiet and no problem finding a sun bed on the beach and by the pool. The outlook from the beach is so relaxing! The resort location is great and you can reach the 192 or 27 within about 5 minutes for travel to shops, parks and restaurants. Ken is an excellent host. He communicates well and you feel that the quality of your stay at his condo is important to him. This was our first stay in a resort condo as we usually rent a villa with pool when with the whole family in summer but we would definitely return here as a couple, particularly at this quieter time of year.

Awesome place

The condo was clean and welcoming just as listed. The weather did not cooperatso we were stuck inside a lot and it was cozy. Ken gave a great list of things to do along with directions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Heard every footstep

The property manager, Ken, was very easy to get ahold of and work out details. Upon arrival, Bahama Bay staff were not at the desk. Took a couple minutes to get their attention. The unit itself was beautiful, clean and furnished nicely. Our first morning we were woken (5am) up by residents above us; we heard every movement. The smoke alarm was going off for 15 minutes (maintenance was able to disarm). Resort was wonderful; Unit itself was nice. Ken was great to work with. Unfortunately, Ken nor Bahama Bay, cannot control residents above. We were woken up every morning at 5am throughout our stay. Not ideal.

Really clean, private view

The location was good, away from all the noise of downtown, but a short ride to local shopping, and restaurants. We uses the pool with a clean beach with trees, typical laylanis right on the water. The pool was a 1 - 2 minute walk from our building. Inside was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything you need (ice maker wasnt on, but didn't need it ). The screened-in porch was narrow, but the view was private and very quiet. Most people respected the quiet hours, thank goodness! The last day someone arrived above us who must have been part concrete men, because the stomping was incredible-however there isn't anything that the host can do about that-and we were checking out that morning. Plently of clean towels, blankets, and a lot of great pool toys in the closets! I would definitely rent this place again!
