SUMMARY: Avoid this listing. We arrived to a urine-soaked bunk bed that the host promised to fix but ignored for 6 days. The house was filthy, furniture is broken/dangerous, and we had to buy our own bedding and air mattresses just to make the stay habitable for our group. Great community pool, but the townhouse is a disaster.THE DETAILS:Sanitation: The bottom bunk smelled strongly of urine. Despite multiple promises, the host never sent cleaners (until the last day of our stay). On day 4, we stripped the bed to find a filthy, stained mattress protector (see photos). We had to buy our own protector and wash the linens ourselves.Filth: Floors were so dirty a wet towel turned nearly black after one wipe. Couch cushions were filled with dirt & debris.Damp Sheets: Sheets felt "wet" to the touch. The dryer takes 2 hours to dry anything, so cleaners likely put damp, sour sheets back on beds.Maintenance: Every showerhead leaks, barstools are bent/dangerous (see photos), the kitchen trash lever is broken, laundry doors are falling off, and the main TV has lines through the screen. Half the resort arcade games were broken.Listing said it "sleeps 10," but because the bed was unusable, we had people sleeping on the floor the first few nights.Host/Management: Completely unresponsive. They finally checked in on night 6 of 7—long after we spent our own money to fix their mess.The community pool was nice and the slide & lazy river were a hit w/ the kids.
