When we got there, the rental wasn’t ready and the “cleaning lady” was still there. It was freezing in there too! The thermostat had a lock box on it and the temperature dropped to 68. We reached out to the host that night to only get an answer the next morning saying “ our apologies. Will reach out to owner of the property” We went to Universal Studios for the day in hopes that when we got back, the temperature would’ve been adjusted. NO. My husband had to reach out to the owner himself (luckily we had an email with the number) that’s when they sent someone within 30 minutes or so to raise the temperature. Not to mention, there were blue stains on the sheets of the bedroom that was downstairs and pinkish stains on the carpet in one of the bedrooms upstairs. We decided to check out the next day because it was not worth the headache !
