Great stay close to Disney with all the amenities

This location was excellent. The house included all the bells and whistles and was very kid friendly. The details were well thought out and all of the themed rooms were very enjoyable including the built in arcade that was fun for everyone. The house was very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need including a high chair and infant feeding tools. Would definitely come back here next year!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed this home for our family vacation. The kids loved the game room, upstairs jungle gym, and pool. The community pool is resort style and enhanced the stay as well. Communication was prompt and reliable. The home was very clean with everything you need for your stay. My only complaint was the additional fee to heat the hot tub as this should come with the expense of the rental. Other than that, we would be back to this house!

Perfect family stay!

We visited with another family. Not only was there ample room for everybody, but the playroom upstairs and arcade downstairs were amazing. We could have spent the entire trip in the house and never had “bored” kids. The pool in the backyard was great, and the Oasis club pool area is not far either. VERY communicative host as well. Very thankful for everything they did to communicate with us, prepare for arrival, and make an easy chore-free exit. Can’t wait to return!

2/10 Terrible

No le gustó: Limpieza, check-in, comunicación, ubicación y veracidad del anuncio
We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately, the property was not as advertised and did not meet our expectations.Upon arrival, we found the house to be dirty, with multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues throughout. There was visible mold inside the dishwasher, several dishes appeared dirty, and broken electrical outlets in the kids' bedroom created a safety concern. The air conditioning was not working in the kids' playroom, making the space unusable during our stay.In addition, the shampoo and conditioner bottles provided were completely empty, which was another frustrating oversight. We also arranged for groceries to be delivered before our arrival, but they were left sitting in bags on the counter rather than being properly put away, which was especially disappointing given the premium price of the property.Overall, the home felt worn down, poorly maintained, and looked very different from the listing photos. We expected a much higher standard based on the description and images provided. Sadly, our experience fell far short of expectations, and we were extremely dissatisfied with our stay.
