We very much enjoyed our stay. Keith and Katie were always on top of our communication and took care of any questions. The weather was bluebird skies, so we spent lots of time in the parks and in the house pool and the neighborhood pool.

BEWARE ROACH MOTEL. With a little TLC this would have been a different experience. First off, check in is at 4. The maintenance office closes at 5. If something is wrong good luck getting attention on your first night. We had trouble getting the theater room equipment to work. Cinema chairs automatic incline/ recline did not work. We had to take the power source from each chair and power each one separately. Then we went to the kitchen cabinets and german roaches every where. We contacted our host and maintenance and they told us that the issue was reported the morning of. They still allowed our family and another family to go and stay here with these living conditions. I could deal with 1or 2. This was infested. They called an extermination company and he said the property needed to be vacant and shut down so he could properly treat it. He was there for 5 minutes. The theater room still had candy wrappers and candy on the floor. Debris behind the couch. They sent a cleaning maid that showed up with a broom and dust pan. She was there for 5 minutes. Must have been deep cleaning. The owner of the house still has not contacted me.I have complained to VRBO and our host still hasn't gotten back to me. It's been 36 hours. Beware of this property. Our 1000.00 is gone. We had to wash every dish and every cup and every fork and knife before we used. We couldn't put them back in the kitchen cabinets. Not even a phone call. I am not done with this yet. I am just getting started

We had a great time at The Big Chill!! This home had everything and more. We were able to enjoy a wonderful relaxingnvacation while also not breaking the bank because the home provided enough activities to keep an entire family entertained without having to leave the home much.

First family vacation with grands

This property was exactly what we were looking! for to have fun and enjoy when we weren’t at the theme parks! The pool, the theater room, the game rooms, the projector system at the pool! Everyone loved it! The only reason I gave a 4 on cleanliness was because of weeds growing in pool area and it could use power washing

Beautiful & fun property!

This house was perfect for our extended family of 13! We thoroughly enjoyed all the house had to offer including the pool/hot tub, outdoor movie screen, game room and home theatre room. The community clubhouse was amazing too! Would highly recommend.

Relaxing family get away

Property was as described. All rooms clean, kitchen equipment and supplies were plenty, washer and dryer worked. There were more than enough starter supplies for our small family of four (we only stayed 3 nights) and we could easily see 8 people staying comfortably. The pool was great, we had it heated for our April stay but it got pretty warm in the sun so if you didn't really want the "jacuzzi" hot its probably not necessary. The Oasis resort pool and lazy river, water slide, splash pad were decent but definitely perfect for younger kids. Overall, we would do this again as a meet-up with more friends/family.

So much room!

This place was awesome. Close to Disney, sea world, and Busch gardens. The theater room, the pool table, the pool/spa were all great. This place has so much space and so many bathrooms! You could have a family reunion here!
