The open-concept living area welcomes you with soft neutral tones, elegant furnishings, and a seamless flow between kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces. The fully equipped kitchen features premium stainless-steel appliances and a large island breakfast bar, while the dining table invites everyone to come together for memorable family meals.

• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.

Fine but charged for towels we didn’t even stain and lots of ants in bathroom

The property was fine. The mattresses killed out backs but it was 4 nights and we made it work. We also had ants overtake the master bathroom to which the exterminator came out. It was done in a timely fashion but when we first called, they could put in the order but wouldn’t know how long it would take to get it taken care of. We checked out and then got charged for towels (1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, and 1 towel) that apparently we stained while we were there. They are cheap white towels and seems like they just needed replacements. We brought our own makeup towels as usual and find it odd it was one of each. I’ve never ever had this problem and won’t be staying again with this company.

Annual Orlando Vacation

We have stayed in this neighborhood for 4 years at different locations and this home was as great as the rest. Clean, plenty of space, great game room for the kids, awesome bunk-bed/slide/ treehouse bedroom, and solid amenities. This time around, the vacation property managers did not deliver at the level I would expect. We paid additional for pool heat and a grill, but the pool didn’t heat properly for 3 of the days and the grill was not delivered until day 3. No response for a partial refund, which was disappointing. The residence was great, service from the property manager (who handles every home in this development) was not this time around.

Great House, Poor management

The house was clean, large, and beautiful. It was perfect for our party of 11 with room to spare. The supplies lacked. We have stayed at other homes in Championsgate. In the past, we were supplied with starter amounts of soap, dishwasher soap, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, TP, etc. This house did NOT have supplies. 2 of the 5 bathrooms had 1 bar of soap. We were given a total of 4 washcloths in a house designed for 15. I called 2 times and spoke to someone. They claimed we should have these supplies and will pass the information on. We NEVER received the supplies. I called a 3rd time and the phone was never answered. The terminator arcade game did not work nor the hot tub. Again, I called twice about this and nothing was fixed. The hot tub actually drained completely empty when we turned on the jets. Again, the house was great! I wouldn't recommend Magical Homes.

Great House

Our stay was perfect! The house is very clean, the rooms big and the kids as well as the adults loved the arcade room. The tree house rooms and bunk beds are prefect for the kiddos. We would definitely stay in this house again. The only complaint I have is the whole check in process where we had to drive to another location to check in and get the access code but totally understandable with all of the fraud now a days. Thank you!
