I was very disappointed and the blatant dishonesty and lack of accountability from this hotel. I booked a suite 2 weeks in advance, double checked at check in that my room was a suite as I have 2 adults and 3 kids and we try to make sure we’re not on top of each other, And when I opened the door low and behold I had been placed in a 2 queen room with a sofa (not a suite). When I called the front desk to see why I was placed in the wrong room, the attendant stated that they accidentally overbooked but no worries because this room is the same price?! I explained to him my issue isn’t money but SPACE and had the CALLED or even emailed me I would’ve declined this room and went somewhere else. My issue with all of this is, the pure dishonesty from everyone I spoke with. I did receive a refund on my resort fee and parking as they couldn’t accommodate me with the room I had chosen and paid for. I was stuck in this room with 4 other people because it was a holiday weekend and I had just drove 9 hours and arrived too late to check in anywhere else…. So what I learned was, you might not get what you booked, no one will communicate that to you, when you ask to co firm you’re booking, they will flat out lie to you. The ONLY reason I am giving any stars is because of the absolute ROCKSTAR and sweet heart in dining/breakfast area, Amor. I truly believe she may be an angel. She was attentive to everyone, kind, and had some of the best customer service etiquette I have seen!
