Family Trip

Home was nice and clean! Perfect size and neighborhood was too! Shopping was in perfect distance and the owner was very professional and communicated fast and made sure everything was handled. His personal handy man was also professional and friendly. Will be booking again! Thank you again Abe!

Short but sweet

House was just as described. Mr Abe was the kindest man that you would ever want to talk to. Beautiful neighborhood! Beautiful house! Excellent neighbors (the neighborhood was out and wanted to join us) A time was had this past weekend and we throroughly enjoyed ourselves. Take care of Mr Abe and Mrs Bella home and they will take care of you. He called afterwards to make sure our stay was as promised and to ask questions about an ice maker but that had nothin to do with us.

Wonderful Stay

Our family had such wonderful time.The property was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the movie theater room, pool and hot tub. We will definitely be returning next year. Thanks Abe for making our Thanksgiving vacation special.

Can't wait to come back!

This house is more spacious than photos can even show, the kitchen is large and moving around with 10 adults and one child was so easy and effortless. The house was very clean, updated, and had everything we could have needed. Nearby are several grocery stores and Walmart and instacart both deliver to this area making getting groceries so easy. Abe was super responsive to our questions, very polite and helpful. We can't wait to come back next time we are in the area.

Awesome property. Could use a deep clean

Awesome property for the number of rooms and the large pool. Off putting to charge extra for a grill that doesn’t even work and then block numbers/emails and not respond during the stay. Over all it is a good house for a large family gathering or group events. It does need a deep clean and lots of maintenance work done. Roof was almost bursting after being filled with rain at the pool areas patio and dust on all of the light fixtures. Overall the house is fine for a quick weekend trip. I would not recommend for longer stays based on the unavailability of the host.

Two week stay in August

The size of the property was great for a large family holiday. Abe, the host was very accommodating and keen to sort out issues. There were some inaccuracies in the property listing including the fact that it says there are two washing machines and tumble dryers. Also the listing states that golf is free at the club house which is not true. As the two weeks passed we became more aware of how dusty things like the light fittings were, although the kitchen surfaces and toilet were clean. The furniture in the living room is very old and worn, the leather suite is very frayed and the fabric chair is very stained. (I wouldn't sit in it!). We had booked the villa because it came with access to a gym at the club house, at the end of the first week we were there we were refused access (when we went and were told we couldn't go in it was quite embarrassing).This was eventually sorted out for the last day we were there (which was too late for us). Considering we booked with this in mind we would have expected some kind of refund for not having access to the facilities promised, this has not been offered.

Great family vacation

Had a great time with the family. Had a little problem with pool heat Abe was quick to respond and help me fix the problem which was my fault i was doing it wrong. House was huge it gave everyone there own space. Will deffinatly be back. THANKS SO MUCH ABE

Great location & plenty of parking

The owners were very attentive to all of our needs and in making sure everything went smoothly from the time we got there until the time we left. It had everything we needed to have our family of 5 of our 6 girls with their family plus we had a gender reveal. This location was perfect because it had plenty of parking and we had some yard behind this home to do the reveal and for the children to play ball. We had the pool heated for the kids and there was plenty of room for all the family. The home was equipped for everything we needed including a playroom for the kids and the movie theater for the adults. I would highly recommend this property to our family and friends plus we would stay again.

Best 50th Birthday

Gorgeous home with so much space. Friends gathered to spend time with me for my 50th. We cooked in the beautiful, well stocked kitchen and had plenty of room for hanging out. Would recommend and would stay again.

Property wasn’t anything like the pictures. Very deceiving.

I would never ever again rent this property. Overpriced! Torn and dirty furnishings. Holes in walls. Areas on the wall that were plastered and painted but paint didn’t match. Ice maker to fridge never worked. No cold water in bathroom sink upstairs. Extremely dirty floor boards and vents. This house is in fair/poor condition.

Great host and great house!

Abe was an excellent host with great communication. The check-in process was easier than any we’ve experienced at a Florida rental. The house is a great space for families and large groups - we traveled with another family and had a total of 4 adults and 6 kids and there were empty rooms still. The kids loved the theater, game room, and the pool! We did have one issue the first day where the pool was not clean - both visibly and the smell. I sent Abe a message and he had the pool guy check on it. Great communication from Abe! Overall we had a great time and the house was very comfortable and a place our kids loved!
