The venue was changed the same day our stay started. I though it weird, but not weird enough to complain too much. That was before I read other reviews indicating that the bait and switch is a go to for this provider.There was also a roach issue and the kitchen outlets were wired so that a waffle iron on the counter took down a refrigerator. The language barrier with the host was manageable, but the solution to the roach problem (also featured in many other reviews) was "here's a can of RAID."

We had a great 7 day stay here. House was exactly as pictured ! We were extremelyPleased and the host always answered immediately and checked in on us ! 10/10 recommend 16 minutes from Disney springs and universal was 20 ! Great location

Venue Changed - Unable to properly rate this listing.

Due to issues beyond the property manager's control, we were given a different house to stay. With the exception of communicating with the property manager (5 stars), the group agreed to give 3 stars on the other areas because this isn't the property that we stayed in and any other rating wouldn't be correct. 3 stars is in the middle and we feel that is fair.

Cockroaches!!!

The reason I’m giving a poor rating is because after my family got all settled and our very special vacation began we noticed roaches crawling around. I thought well maybe it is just a couple. NOOOO!!!! There were plenty more! We are a big family who like to cook. I notified the owner and they came out to spray. I was horrified when we had to throw food out because we found a tachyon our dish!!! I sent a video to the owner. We never got a reply!!!!! The house was clean and accommodating. True to picture, the garbage was never picked up. We took the garbage to the disposal. The dryer upstairs does not work. I would have given the house a 5 or 5 but the roaches were a huge problem. I pray none travel home with us. It was embarrassing also!!!

Big but not as expected 5day/4nights

This was not the property I originally paid in full for. The day of check-in all information on property had changed and was told it was an "upgrade", althought the amount of bed/bath was the same. Some of the furniture and walls were lightly damaged and a few of the linens/towels were stained. The pool fence had also been removed. With that said, the house is big and did accommodate my family of 25. I hosted my baby shower here with about 30 guest. We had some issues with entering the day of but after that it was a very enjoyable time. Walmart and fast food are very close and convenient. Although hosts responsed very quickly to me, there maybe to many cooks in the kitchen without enough communication within each other.

A few concerns

First, I was only notified 2 hrs before the house I originally paid for was not available. Me & some family were already in the Orlando area & ready for check in once notified by host. I contacted the host and then was told the house was not available. The communication surrounding the house not being ready was so poor that I began to feel like I had been ripped off & scammed. It was bad!! After messaging the host several times, I asked the host to call me, she finally did and that's when she offered me a different house. The new house was accommodating for my group however we woke up the next day to only see 4 sheriff cars in the housing development at a house and 2 more later that day at a different house. They informed up to be very careful because the vacation homes were being broken into while vacationers were sleeping and lots of cars were being broken into. There were no guard(s) at the entry gate until after the break-ins and definitely no guards during the day. Not sure why not but I would not stay in this area. My family took extra measures to protect ourselves by placing a stick in the back sliding glass door which was the break-in point per the police onsite. The garbage in the area is awful!! Not sure if the New Year holiday was an issue but upon our arrival garbage was everywhere!!! Overall, it was a good stay. The host made it right with giving me an accommodating house but could have done a better job with communicating in a timely manner.
