Family Vacation 2025

Our family vacation was made absolutely perfect thanks to this incredible home! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property exceeded all of our expectations. The house was not only spotless and beautifully maintained, but it was also incredibly spacious.There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, yet the common areas were cozy.

OMG Amazing!

I was looking for a large property for a group of adult males headed to Daytona for the 500. This house was so big with so many private bathrooms, at times we couldn't find some of our party. They enjoyed the privacy the multiple rooms provided, the kitchen was a main gathering spot, house clean and updated, Host was excellent!

It was a great week!

Everything turned out nice after having to move at 9 o’clock at night because the air conditioner wasn’t working in the 1st. But the lady I talked to made it right. She was the go to person between me and the owner. Can’t wait until the next stay.

Great House; Fair Experience

The house was fantastic and met our needs. We had to move to a second house after the first one was not ready due to a previous tenant not being a good customer. Adriana did an outstanding job getting us something to meet our needs including adding two single beds as we had 17 people in our party.A few things that could use some attention:1. Communication (questions) with Adriana was not the best. Tried contacting her on a few occasions to get no response, sometimes greater than a week. In one instance, and in fairness, she was on vacation in Europe. In other instances, this was not the case. I still have one communication asking her to send me the paperwork so we can rent the same house next year and have still yet to get the information requested. She did communicate well when we needed to change houses and it was appreciated. 2. Main TV (Livingroom area, 1st floor) had an issue with streaming. Most times it simply spun. I believe the issue is centered at the router as it would constantly drop our connections with phones and tablets. I called the number given to us if we had issue and received no call back or resolution.3. Bed Counts - This seems like an overall issue not just associated with this management company. I needed 17 beds for seventeen adult males over 60 years old. I count the beds to ensure no one has to sleep on a top bunk. The past 2-3 rentals did not have accurate data as it relates to the number of beds with bottom access only.
