They advertised coffee at 7am but at 7am they said it will take us 30 minutes to get it set up. At 7:32 still not even working on getting it set up but the real issue was my husband being in a wheelchair and on the 2nd floor and the elevator didn't work when we were leaving. They said "someone would be out to fix it sometime today. I did ask for a more handicap accessible room at check in. Thankfully my husband had crutches as well and had to hop down the two sets of stairs as he is non weight bearing on one leg for six weeks. We didn't ask for much, just what was advertised. Coffee and a working elevator would have been nice. Also the sink was completely plugged and we could not get the drain out.

I’ve stay d at this hotel numerous times over the past 20 years and whilst it’s always been on the basic side, the location was convenient for restaurants on I drive and the pool is a great size with plenty of loungers. Both of these things are still true however the quality of the rooms has regressed. On arrival the floor was so dirty we asked at reception (who were very dismissive) to have the floor cleaned. I don’t think housekeeping carries a mop and bucket which explains a lot. There were hairs on the floor, the toilet was dirty from the previous occupants. This situation didn’t really improve. The fridge kept freezing its contents, so much so a Coke exploded during the night. The air con, dehumidifier and bathroom fan meant the room felt like a circus at times, not very restful at all. On a plus note, the bed was comfortable
