The listing indicated 2 king sized rooms but we arrived to only 1 king sized room. They said nothing they could do about the bed situation. We asked for compensation because of it to which we didn't get as they said they couldn't refund us any money or even the pool heat we had already paid for so settled on them heating the pool for the whole time we were there instead of just the few days we paid for. However, the pool heat didn't work many of the days and we had to ask for someone to come and turn it back on numerous times. It was usually mid to late in the day before someone came to deal with the issue. The day before we were due to leave, pool heat wasn't working again and it was 9pm before anyone showed up. The only way to reach anyone was by email, no phone communication at all. The washer didn't work properly which we found out after the first couple days of being there, and was not fixed by the time we left which was another 8 days. The closet door to the washer/dryer was broken and was fixed quickly. The tub in king suite had water that wouldn't drain well and that was fixed fairly quickly. House was spacious and clean and was stocked well with trash bags, dishwashing detergents and had most all of what we needed for cooking.
