We had a fantastic stay! Thank you Mr Host team.Comfortable beds, fully equipped and immaculate. My son loved the Xbox! I can't recommend the apartment highly enough. My children loved it so much. They cried when we had to leave.

Wonderful place. Very clean and easy access. Had several minor maintenance issues and the supervisor was there within minutes to remedy the problem. Highly recommend and would stay again. Also with the Osceola parkway in front of the resort getting to anywhere was so easy

Everything about the apartment was great except for the beds and bedding. The mattresses were very thin and hard so it felt like sleeping on the floor. There was no comforter - just a very thin throw blanket. That is my only complaint as it was the worst bed I’ve slept on. Otherwise everything was clean, it’s a great location, and the apartment itself is very nice.

Three month stay

My wife and I are in our mid 70's and enjoyed a wonderful 3-month stay. The unit was clean, easy check in, great location and quick response from management for any issues that came up.

Disappointment

The communication started out excellent! Check in was very easy. But after we messaged Mr.Host (the management company) about the condo (apartment) we reserved not being the condo we checked in to they responded and said it was. They then asked us to send photos of the reservation which we did they NEVER responded even after many follow-ups. This was very disappointing! We also told them there was black mould on the ceiling of the master bathroom they never responded to that concern. Lastly, the refrigerator was not cooling items on the upper shelves. They sent over a repair person twice and they said it was functioning as designed and also implied that we were not closing the door which was very insulting. We ended up throwing away groceries because they weren’t being cooled. We have stayed at Storey Lake before and we love the area. This was our first experience with Mr.Host management company and will be our last. If they would have just been responsive to our concerns we would have left a better experience review. Unfortunately our review is below average primarily for the misrepresentation of the property and the lack of communication after we communicated concerns.

Nice Condo, Okay Location

The amenities were great. When they say they'll provide all the kitchen things you'll need, they are right. I wasn't expecting tupperware, but was pleasantly surprised to have it! The tile floor needed mopped, but the rest of the condo was very clean. The only thing I would change about the property would be the window coverings. The wood blinds barely kept out the hall and street lights (which were extremely bright). They really need room darkening drapes to help with sleep. This unit is located near a main road, so the sounds of cars and emergency vehicles was very consistent through the night. We loved the big pool and lazy river. And the little pool was super close (just across the street) and was never too crowded except on weekend evenings. Owners made check in and check out really easy and provided all the information you need in one location. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your beautiful condo.

Great Location with Fantastic Amenities

The condo was fabulous for our family. We were in town for a dance competition. The pools were fantastic especially location with water park. The host was super quick to respond and resolve a maintenance issue. Would definitely recommend!

Spring getaway

Very nice newer condo with everything you need close by.. Very clean and kept up complex and pool area felt safe.. owner very responsive to any questions.. Only issue the cleaning company could’ve done a better job cleaning… floors were dirty and under cushions on furniture never cleaned 😖 sad after they charge cleaning fees..

The condo was very nice and was described accurately. Glad that manager puts in prearrival information about no wash clothes. Our only complaint was the time it took the water to get hot and the lack of water pressure.

Great condo!

Condo is close to everything. Walking distance to lazy river and gym. Manager responds right away to questions. Beds are comfortable and condo has everything needed to prepare meals
