We stayed with a large group of multiple families. There were some issues with the property however these were responded to Quickly from the management company.The house itself is absolutely stunning, huge and has incredible outdoor facilities. We would definitely stay again in the future.

We hosted an offsite retreat here and it was perfect! Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The house is as described and the area and amenities are great. Would highly recommend staying here with a large group :)

This place was terrific and was perfect for our group. The only slightly off piece we heard mentioned by several in the group was that the towels, as clean as they were, felt like sandpaper. This would not prevent us from using this again but it did become a talking point.

We rented this home for a corporate end-of-year planning retreat and it was honestly perfect for a group stay. Elton was an incredible host. He was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully laid out, which allowed our team to comfortably gather for meetings and meals while still giving everyone plenty of privacy when they needed downtime.The bedrooms were beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, each with its own private bathroom, which made a big difference for a group. The technology throughout the home was excellent, and the massive modern living room TV with easy wireless streaming worked perfectly for our corporate presentations and meetings.While we didn’t travel with children, the themed rooms were a delight to see. It was easy to picture a family with little ones having an amazing Orlando vacation here. It’s rare to find a property that balances functionality and comfort this well for a larger group, but this one absolutely delivered.10/10 - would book again and highly recommend.

Great House and Location!

First, the house was absolutely amazing! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The amenities were fantastic as well. We loved hanging out by the pool and inside in the HUGE living room. Secondly, the location was great. It was right next to I-Drive so there were plenty of options for food and entertainment. Last but certainly not least, communication with the host (Elton) was amazing. Elton handled all of my concerns promptly and professionally.

Awesome place.

Great place!!! 9.9/10 would recommend. Place wasn’t ready for check in at 4pm. We had to wait 30 minutes while the cleaners finished up. Few minor things damaged when we showed up, nothing major.

Great house, great location

The bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas were amazing. Very clean, high-quality linens and furniture all throughout. The kitchen was somewhat lacking if you try to cook, with few pots and pans and no additional tools like slow cooker, Dutch oven, or even a modern coffee machine, despite there being two fridges and two dishwashers. It is probably intended for you to order out and use the abundant fridge space and plates for serving & storing. The pool and hot tub were great, and the grill area was also very nice. The neighborhood is nice and well-positioned in Orlando. We enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend for a cost effective way to house a large group of people!

The Perfect Spot

This home was exactly as posted in website!!! This home and neighborhood is new… Clean, quite and beautiful..It’s in the perfect location in Orlando… enough in the city to visit attractions within 10-20 minutes and secluded enough to avoid the Orlando and I-4 traffic!!! There are stores and restaurants close by. Sea World and Aquatica are right up the road… 1.5 miles driving and 30 minutes walking. This will be a yearly return for my group.
