I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this is a must.
It started with poor communication: listing title and amenities lists states a grill. There is NO grill. Upon checking in, the renter will ask if you want to rent one for a $95 flat fee. The pictures show a high chair and stroller, but they no longer offer. There are 2 kings not 3.
At 7PM the night before we checked in, I received a text from someone else with a different address and followed up with Selena. At 10PM, she called and said the new address was right and the unit we reserved isnt available due to an AC issue that was being worked on all day. I understand things happen, but there was absolutely no notice until I inquired.
The community was awful. The car gate verification process is inefficient leading to a SLOW process and long lines anytime you return to the property. The gym is SMALL. Just 1 weight set, 1 bench, 2 treadmill, and 5 weight machines for chest, legs, shoulders, abs. The lazy river was small (bring your own raft), the kids slide was down for maintaince, the splash pad area lacked interest for the kids (2 and 3) and we were constantly getting water in our eyes.
I cannot review this unit because we didnt stayed in it, but the unit we did stay in was absolutely dirty with hair on towels, old candy in the corners and broken items.
We made the most out of everything, but I will not return to this property and will not book with this renter again.
