The location was great, and the place was very clean. However, it seemed like the place had been trashed at some point in the past and hidden damage with a coat of paint. The frame around the garage door was splintered from where it had been kicked in and had since been tacked up with finishing nails and painted over. The clock at the top of the stairs was broken around the edge where it had taken a fall. Several balusters on the stairs guardrail had been hastily mismatched and replaced where they had been kicked out. Worst of all was the living room furniture. The reclining sofa was bent so that you sat at a 30 degree angle that dipped past 45 degrees when reclined, and at least one of the bar seats wasn't attached to the base so when you sat on it it flipped forward throwing you off.Some of this was just cosmetic, but the furniture was a hazard. Be cautious leaving your children unattended on it.All this is a shame because it is in a good location. I would stay here again only if they replace the furniture and made proper repairs to place.

This Villa perfectly met our families needs! We were there to go to Universal Studios and SeaWorld, which were only about 10 minutes away. The bedroom separation was great and it was very nice having 3 1/2This Villa perfectly met our families needs! We were there to go to Universal Studios and SeaWorld, which we’re only about 10 minutes away. The bedroom separation was great and it was very nice having 3 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable, and I’m picky about beds. The only thing I would say is there was a little bit of road noise, but that seemed to quiet down at night. We would stay here again.

Great location! Very comfortable accommodations

We come to Orlando every June for a week of volleyball with my oldest. We always stay at Vista Cay as it is very close to the convention center. This was by far my favorite rental over the past 3 years. Very clean, comfortable and exactly how it was described. We share it with 2 other teammates and their moms and all had plenty of space and privacy. The hosts were very responsive and we had everything we needed to make an enjoyable and memorable stay! I’d definitely come back!!

Very Nice property

As described in listing. Very nice and clean property. Location is super close to the convention center which is where we were headed. We have stayed at Vista Cay twice and had a good experience both times. Pool is nice and grocery store is close by. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only suggestion is to add some extra bath towels as we could have used more and kitchen towels as there were none. Only two beach towels were provided and the pool doesn’t supply them so bring some towels with you (or more should be provided).

Love the location

First time in this unit, second time in this resort. Love the location and amenities!! This unit is nice and the owners checked in on us a few times to make sure our stay was great. Unit is as described. Clean and nicely decorated. Very convenient to the convention center.

Great place

This was a great place to stay for what we needed. Visiting for work and we could see as much or as little of each other as needed. Bedroom locations were great and comfortable. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was amazing!
