The property was not the location that originally showed on the map. In that I had recently sold my VRBO property, within the same Westside area I was familiar with area. As far as the unit. It was clean, however, there are several areas that need attention. There is not enough seating in the kitchen to seat more than 4 people. In a property that can sleep many more than what is able to seat in the dining area, this is really inconvenient. There is one single chair that is broken, that could not be used. The sofa was very uncomfortable, as well as the one that was in the upstairs loft area. (Fit and finish. The credenza in the main living area looks as if may fall off the wall. The cords near the TV are overloading the outlet and are unsightly) There were no washcloths in any of the bathrooms. The quality of the soap and shampoo was like it was watered down. The pool area was not clean. My grandson was disappointed that it was dirty and the pool not heated. I gave a 4 rating because the beds were comfortable and it was well secured. If you know the traffic patterns with area you can easily avoid the trouble spots on Highway 192. I would consider staying again provided the above items are resolved.

Overall good experience. Only issue was there was storm the night we checked in and the power went out in one of the rooms/bathroom but they came the next morning and fixed it.

Great stay

We stayed here 2 nights for a quick trip to Disney! Loved everything about the place! Clean, spacious and close to the park. Decorated cute and comfortably fit our family of 5. Only slight issue we had was check in. Got to our unit late after a full day at the park and our code didn’t work. Thankfully got in touch with them and they worked with us to get in. Other than that was a great stay, would stay here again.

RunDisney Stay

We stayed at this location for the RunDisney Springtime Surprise. It was a great location. Roomy, clean and comfortable. Close enough to the parks without the resort costs!! It was great. We ran the race, went back to the place to shower and change, then went to the park, came back for a nap and back again for the fireworks!! So perfect!!

In town for conference and vacation

I was in town for a conference and some extra days with my family. This was a great place to stay and had plenty of space for us all. It was 15-25 minutes with traffic from every park and tourist attraction. The check-in process was super simple. The place is towards the back of the community so it was a bit dark back by the doors if the other neighbors don’t have their outside lights on. But all in all I thought it was a great place to stay.

Reasonable Vacation Spot

The complex was a neatly maintained, quiet neighborhood for the price. The neighborhood is a gated community, however the main gate remained open. The neighborhood has a Race Trac gas station within walking distance.

Wonderful experience! Will stay here again.

The place was perfect for our group. We had 5 adults and a toddler. Everything was very clean and well kept. The gated community was quiet and private. And the communication was excellent.

Nice place

Everything was really good but I have a few suggestions. 1. We didn’t have any washcloths and did not know that in advance. 2. The living room tv asked for a Roku code that was not provided 3. Lastly none of the soap dispensers in the bathroom had soap. They provided little bar soaps but I dont understand having dispensers and no soap.

Perfect location

We wanted a place closer to the Disney resort as we would be going to ESPN for 3 days then checking Disney out. This was perfect the house had everything we needed. The only downfall was we arrived in the evening so it was dark out finding the place was a bit of a challenge but we made it. Would stay again if was in the area.

Quiet, perfect place to stay

We just needed a night near the Disney area before our check in. The place was easy to find, gated community. Everything went smooth. Plenty of space for all of us and very comfortable. Would stay here again.

EXACTLY AS PICTURED QUALITY STAY

Our stay for a party of 5 was very comfortable. We had 2 adults 3 children (9,11,13) and had plenty of room for everyone. The property was clean, smelled amazing, and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The property managers were responsive and answered questions promptly. I don’t have a single complaint about our experience. It was enjoyable to leave a day at Magic Kingdom and return to our beautifully decorated townhome to spread out and relax! I highly recommend this property.

It was a clean rental and well maintained.

It was a clean rental and well maintained. We had problems with some light fixtures in the kitchen being broken (not by us) when we got to the rental. I always like to check the whole property for any damages and we found that light broken hanging and shower doors weren’t installed properly etc but it is in a good neighborhood and close to most of the Disney world parks. The host would have good communication with us , as we explained what we had found when we got to the property. I would recommend people to rent it and I would rent it myself again but just make sure to inspection the property and tell the property manager for any damages that you found when you got to the rental. I’ve real I would give it a 8 out 10.
