While the condo was roomy and the beds were comfortable, the living room furniture was very old and uncomfortable. The stove and dishwasher should be replaced. The carpet is extremely wrinkled up. ( I did request that the carpets be shampooed and they did that )
The security gate was often not staffed. One had to enter a code posted at the gate that ANYONE could have punched in.
There does not appear to be any recourse for dangerous or inconsiderate behavior. Sports teams were staying there and they were inconsiderate of other guests and conducted themselves in a way that was often dangerous, for example, they were diving into 5 feet of water where it was clearly ,raked “no diving”
The complex overall is pleasant, the pool is well cared for and the location is convenient.
Unfortunately, somehow I was charged fees by both Vacasa and VRBO.
I am not happy.
