The house has so much room for a large family, but definitely needs to do some repairs and the water needs to be hotter for the showers and also the washer and dryers are not that good but the host was wonderful made sure to communicate throughout the whole process because of the size of the home our family will definitely stay there again and location

The family enjoyed the stay. There are a few wear and tear at the property, such as a shower leak from the bathroom upstairs that leaked down into the leaving room, the hallway railing upstairs is coming a loose from the wall, the star wars room bedroom door has a gash in it. The patio chair and screen door broken, carpet stains in multiple rooms. The royal room stain in ceiling and the bedroom door hard to open and close and right storage to bed is off track and stained. Both dishwashers plastic floor boards would not stay secured. Chipped paint in multiple roons.

The house was amazing. It was clean and comfortable. Need some oven mitts and towels for the kitchen though. One of the dining room chairs was broken as well as a chair outside (it was sat up but when someone sat they fell because there were only 3 legs). Other than that the house was great.

We loved this home and had lots of fun. The property manager is amazing. His communication was great throughout the entire process. My only recommendations are a better hot water heater and spot cleaning of the bedroom carpets.

Great stay & good location & great communication

We enjoyed our stay here with two other families. The property was clean and ready for us to use. The kitchen had everything that it needed. All the stores we needed were just 10 minutes away. Communication with the property manager was outstanding. Loved the ability to heat the pool for additional cost. Location was about 25 minutes from Universal. The community pool & gym were also fantastic.
