The property has been updated for 2024 completely refurbished Downstairs shower Room, plus updated upstairs bathroom see added pictures,
catering for large families and golfing parties All day sunshine ideal for a relaxing holiday by the pool. Banks, shops and bars only 5 min walk The well established Villamartin Plaza 5 mins away and the Le Fuente Centre that caters for all tastes 5 mins walk away
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliance's, there is a utility room next to the kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher,fridge freezer and microwave. lounge is spacious and modern, with large sofas and a there is a Smart TV with fresat,and Netflix, plus Amazon firestick with all sky channels including TV box sets and 1000s of films. Also a google minI entertainment system ( similar to amazon Alexia) . Upstairs a double bedroom with patio doors leading onto a large sun terrace, with patio furniture one twin bedroom and a fitted shower/bathroom.There are 3 twin bedrooms on the ground floor with 2 shower rooms.There are remote ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge which are quiet and extremely efficient. The property has high walls and gates, all secure, ideal for families. Patio area with table and chairs and garden area with outside dinning area with table, chairs, sun loungers. Coal Barbecue, 8*4 metre private pool with Roman steps for easy access. We also provide airport transfers


Golf Information : We cater for golf parties Costa Blanca is the ideal place for your next golfing holiday. Villamartin is less than a mile from our villa and Campoamor and Las Ramblas are only a few minutes drive away. You can also try La Finca Golf and Quesada which are within half an hour's drive or just under an hour away is the famous La Managa Club with 54 holes.

Very large and nice villa with everything needed. No car needed as everything is within 10/15 min walk. Lively bar next door serving good food, noise is not an issue. Great communication with owner and had an issue with drainage and that was sorted instantly. All in all, i definitely recommend this property

Lovely Villa and outside area for 10 adults (8 x 18-22 yr olds and 2 parents). There was also a sofa bed so could have easily of fitted 2 more people.The only downside we had was there was no AC in 4 of the bedrooms but we've been told by the villa manager it is being fitted over the winter.If you want to venture out, I would definitely hire a car(s) from the airport for the week need as the bus and even taxi service in this area was poor to non existent. Right next to a lovely pub which did great breakfasts. We did not eat any other meals there as used BBQ or ate out at the area further down the road. We did eat at the Chinese next to the pub however, which was super busy most nights and the food was really nice. A lovely stay and the villa manager was really helpful and easy to contact with questions.

Villa Review – Stayed July 25 for 8 NightsWe stayed at this villa from July 25th for 8 nights with a group of 9 people, including children, and had a really enjoyable stay.The location was excellent, making it easy to access local attractions and amenities. The villa was well-equipped and spacious, which worked perfectly for our group.The Wi-Fi was reliable, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor TV and music setup—a great touch for relaxing evenings outside. The amenities overall were good, and the space was comfortable for both adults and kids.While a few updates are needed, this didn’t impact our stay. Everything was clean and functional, and the outdoor areas were especially pleasant.We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to families or groups looking for a comfortable and well-located villa.

Slightly disappointing

Furniture and showers very tired apart from newly refurbished down stairs one .twin bedrooms very small similar to caravan bedrooms also extremely hot as no aircon ceiling fans didn’t really do anything to cool the rooms. Problems with hot water boiler kept tripping out. Swimming pool needed maintenance work as lots of lose and missing tiles from the bottom also large step into pool very steep and hazardous.Sun loungers needed replacing as rusty. The step out of double bedroom onto the terrace is not highlighted and is a trip hazard which I and my husband experienced . A car is not needed to get to the supermarket and some nice restaurants but you do need one to get to the beach and golf course. A welcome information pack should be provided explaining how the facilities ie cooker washing machine works. Finally I towel per person that’s provided is not enough although a few more was provided apon request .

We have stopped here before. Great location. English pub right next door with a great host. 3 golf courses within 10 minutes drive. Villa has had a slight refurbishment with the kitchen & dinroom area redecorated & one the bathrooms downstairs been refurbished. Great time had by all.

Fab Villa, pool and outside area photos don't do it justice, with outdoor TV🎉. All fans in the bedrooms were adequate. But ideal if all rooms had air conditioning as we stayed in August which was very hot. Enough seating for our group of seven. Kitchen facilities were excellent. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.Good location, Pub next door which played music till approx 11pm, which was fine as all our group was over 18. Would 100% stay here again!! The owners have done a fabulous job!!!

Great place to stay

We would highly recommend this Villa for a family or friends, there was 8 of us for a week and we had a lovely time, the location is good too, the villa had good living space and a lovely pool and terrace area with an outside TV, we was contacted near the time of our holiday to confirm arrival times, we was earlier than the check in time, which wouldn't of been a problem as there is a lovely bar next door to the villa, but we was allowed in early as the villa was ready for us, Julie met us and went through anything we needed to know and said if we need any help or information about the villa,area or anything else then to contact her. We found the whole experience easy and relaxing, plenty of bars and restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance, we would definatley recommend this villa. thank you :)

Fabulous villa, we were a family of 11 people, plenty of space for everyone, great pool and outside space, although it says towels are provided one each was not enough so we bought some and left them at the villa. Great pub next door, does breakfast, lunch & Sunday roast, amazing. Supermarket about 5 min walk.

May 2024 stay

This is a wonderful large house with 5 double bedrooms and three bathrooms so plenty big enough for our extended family holiday The pool was the highlight of our stay with lots of room to all enjoy the outside space and the outside eating area is really lovely for a shaded lunch out of the sun, which was sometimes much needed as it was very hot It’s in a great location with mercadona and Aldi within a few mins outside of the Villa and a large shop which sells everything you could ever need Getting further afield means you have to figure out the busses, we did get to get to La Zenia beach one day which is around 4miles away, the bus runs on the Blueline every 90mins unless it’s July or august and collects from outside Mercadona. Some of our party also used the Hoppy Scooters to get around We used Bennicinnect for transfers and they were great and very punctual, it’s around 45min transfer Thanks to Rob, villa manager and to Julie and Mark who sort out the day to day maintenance, they were just a text away when some bulbs needed replacement and mark turned up very quickly with ladder in hand The pub next door was great for live music, we loved having a sing song in the evening but it was not intrusive or noisy later on, it was closed up By 11pm, my son and husband loved the pool table and darts, there’s a lot going on if you fancy joining in. It was a wonderful stay and we all enjoyed ourselves, a very relaxing week! Thanks Rob

Golf in Villa martin

We have been before. 2 years ago. Overall the villa was fine but 2 things. No 1 , when you entered the villa there was a unpleasant smell. We suggest the plumbing may need looking at. No 2 , we all think that the villa is looking a little tired & needs updating. IE shower downstairs could do with a new shower tray & generally could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up. As i say good location & generally ok but is looking a little tired.

Overall the villa was lovely, the pool being the highlight. Only thing i would say is that air con is needed in the bedrooms, it was too hot to sleep most nights. This could be as the weather was hotter than usual. Overall very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend. Julie the agent, was brilliant

Ideal villa

Upon arrival we were over the moon with the property and the outside areas. There 12 is in total and never did we feel we were on top of each other, very spacious and comfortable. The pool was lovely and the kids spent hours in there. The location was great for for walking to shops bars and restaurants. Highly recommend this property.
