We had 4 different families staying altogether for BYU Education week. The house has lots of space for all of us. Master bed is on the main floor, 4 large bedrooms and a loft upstairs with good space between the bedrooms for privacy and different sleeping beds needs. Kitchen had a large walk in pantry, lots of counter top space, and many appliances. I didn't see an instant pot, and only found 1 large bowl. The hot tub was nice and clean with adjustable speed jets, and the game room was on the main floor, in a room with it's own door. The beds were good, I have to have a soft mattress and these were fine (except for the bunk bed room, which my teens said the mattresses were hard). The bunk bed room has two sets of QUEEN size beds. All the other bedrooms were king size. Upstairs there is also a separate laundry room with a sink that is helpful when everyone is brushing teeth at the same time.
There is a tenant that lives downstairs, that have their own entrance outside, but there is a door inside the house that leads to the basement, which is locked on the tenent side, we missed that detail when booking.
But we would definitely stay there again! This will be our go-to house when we have a big extended family group going to Ed week!
