Come see the magnificent view from the 6th floor of the Phoenix IX. This 2-bedroom 2.5-bathroom is spacious enough to sleep six people and has wonderful amenities you can enjoy during your stay.

In addition to a large fitness center with new equipment, Phoenix IX offers an indoor pool, hot tubs and a kiddie pool on the 7th floor overlooking Ono Island; an outdoor pool and kiddie pool; an indoor climate-controlled tennis court on the 12th floor overlooking Ono Island, and barbecue grills.

The building is located near the Alabama-Florida state line, approx. 10 miles east of Hwy. 59.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
