Updated Beachside Condo with THREE pools

If you are interested in renting as a snowbird feel free to inquire (months of Nov, Dec, and Jan)* Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is perfectly situated on the Gulf of Mexico and features THREE pools with one of those being a heated indoor pool. There are 2 boardwalks to reach the beach and the complex also features tennis courts, shuffle board, sauna, steam room, fitness room, BBQ grills, picnic tables, clubhouse, and adirondack chairs that overlook the ocean so you can relax after taking advantage of all the amenities.
The unit is located next to the tennis courts and is on the 2nd floor of building 1. The condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. There is a brand new memory foam sleeper sofa mattress that is very comfortable. There are blackout curtains in the living room that can be closed when the sleeper sofa is being used. The open kitchen and living room make for the ideal entertaining area. For the home chefs there is a rolling kitchen cart that can be utilized for extra kitchen prep space and for the cocktail hour mixologists you can use it as your own personal bar! There is a GE ice maker that makes the nugget ice (the good ice) for the best drinks. The kitchen is also outfitted with granite countertops for easy clean up of spilled beach libations. There is a 55 inch TV in the living room and a flat screen in the bedroom. The bedroom and sleeper sofa have new bedding, pillows, and a new comforter for the master suite. The balcony has a side view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. This is one of the best views for sunsets! Adventure Island is directly across the street for some family fun. CoastAL, Orange Beach’s only beachfront restaurant/live music venue, has opened and is in my opinion the best OB has to offer. It is walkable from the condo down the beach (0.9 miles) and is a MUST. Also within walking distance are Doc’s Seafood and Steaks, Bubba’s Seafood House, and Live Bait. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacay this unit has everything you could ask for. It is the best value in Orange Beach for beach view units and all of the amenities will give you that resort feel!
