Maintenance needed
Condo needs maintenance. Front of fridge was all rusted. One pot holder and one dish towel. Towels were rough and small in bathrooms. There were no rugs for the tile floors in the kitchen or bathrooms. No lights on the ceiling fans, curtains would not close all of the way, crown molding missing pieces in the bedroom over windows and water damage on ceiling in the living room/kitchen. Table and 3 chairs were the only furniture on the deck. Would have been nice to have an area for all of us to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Probably the most inconvenient part was having to go to a separate realty office down the road to pick up a packet. The packet only contained parking passes and the code. I feel the code could have been sent to us and the parking passes could have been left in the condo. After a long drive, we just wanted to get to our condo and get settled. We knew we would not be able to check in until 4, which is fine, but we were not able to get our packet until that time as well.
