The location was outstanding. Our outdoor pool was closed due to some construction, however the other three buildings pool were open. I liked that the amenities were shared with the four buildings. Our unit was very nice, however it could use a little deep cleaning in places. Some of the kitchen pans probably should be replaced. Overall we had a fantastic month in Orange Beach and very likely we will return.

The property was awesome! Everything was clean and up to date and there was so much to offer. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. The only downfall was that the neighboring units didn’t comply with the smoke free facility so we had to smell cigarette and marijuana smoke while on the balcony multiple times.

Overall out stay was OK.

There were big chunks out of the wall by the sliding doors. The refrigerator had a water leak that dripped on our food in the bottom part of the refrigerator.The patio was sticky and very dirty, and the matt that you step on going in and out of the condo was just as nasty. We had to were shoes/flip flops there entire time we were there. It was not a pleasant stay.It would be a better experience if there was more than 1 trash bag.

We had a wonderful stay!! Prime location right on the beach. The pool was so much fun — we loved the waterfall! Hot tubs were also a nice addition! Liked that the pool/hot tubs stayed open until 11:00 for night swims. The condo itself was just what we needed for our family/friends. Beds were comfy, balcony sittin’ was perfect. When we had toilet trouble, it was taken care of quickly while we enjoyed the beach. No complaints and we’d love to return!

Awesome beach trip!

I took a short three day trip to Orange Beach in preparation for starting my bachelors degree. My partner and I had an amazing time in this room. The double door balcony, the fresh crisp, white linen bed, tv with streaming options made it like we were home at the beach! Location was really great as well as we were right across the highway from Beachside mini golf, the ruby slipper, and within a half a mile of adventure, Island and my favorite souvenir city location. Will definitely stay at this unit again, it was perfect.

Phoenix 3

Only had one operational elevator. Other was under maintenance. It broke down three times with in that week. We were on the 12th floor. We sometimes waited 20 min for the elevator bc we had tons of beach stuff we weren’t hauling up 12 flights of steps. Master bedroom - bed was sooo loud and uncomfortable. Faucet in the tub shower started dripping turned into a straight steady stream by the end of the trip.

Great condo

This condo was clean, decorated nicely, stocked, and in a great location. Check in and out was easy. It's right on the beach with amazing views and easy access to dining options and grocery stores. My daughter and I had a great time. Would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again!

Girls getaway

The unit needs some attention with the appliances. They are very noisy and sound like they are struggling. It was a very comfortable unit except the mattresses could use updated or better quality. As for the property, the hot tubs in bldg 3 that we stayed in, did not function properly. According to maintenance only one of the 2 has ever worked. The drink machines were out of order as well. The pools are nice but need a good scrubbing. Some cosmetic repairs as well. But they definitely serve their purpose.

Enjoyable stay minus some inconveniences

We enjoyed the location and the space. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. During our second day it was discovered that our water heater was leaking and pouring water in the units below. Thank goodness for the facility manager being on top of things and getting it fixed within 3 hours of the leak being found. Unfortunately, Liquid Life failed to do much about the situation... which was disappointing. They said they would send a tech out, but we never knew of that happening. I understand that these things happen, however the lack of support from Liquid Life will probably keep us from renting from them in the future.

Great location on Orange Beach. The condo was decorated so cute. It’s clean and convenient to all the activities. Great views of the ocean from the 12th floor. We will definitely book this condo again!

Ocean Views

Staying in Phoenix III was wonderful!! The property was directly on the beach, with an amazing ocean view! The place is cute, tidy, and a great location! Beds were comfortable and had everything you needed in the kitchen. The only thing that we would recommend is putting a couple blankets in the closets by the cleaning staff. It had one but we needed another one. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we enjoyed everything about it! We would definitely stay again! Thank you!
