The view was amazing. Both pools and the hot tub were clean, as was the rest of the property. Communication was perfect. I will rent again.

Very clean, beds and pillows were comfy! Kitchen had plenty of dishes to use. Lots of space in main living area. Very large balcony to the great ocean view and sounds! Only (very small) issue were the screen doors. One was completely off so my husband but it in the tracks but then it had to stay put. The other one was finicky. This was a very minor issue. This was a great place and we would definitely stay again. I also always got a very quick response to any questions leading up to our stay.

The cleanliness of this place was immaculate! Great view! The only issues, both sliding screen doors were broken, the kitchen light ballast would work when it wanted to. A few plugins didn't work. It took 2 days to get a response from maintenance and nothing but pictures takes happened during our stay. Everyone around was pleasant. Just wish they would have had things fixed / maintained.

Overall, the condo was great. It was very clean and had plenty of towels. The pools and beach access were great!! Several issues that need to be addressed are: The sliding glass door handle in master bedroom was broken. The sliding glass door in living room was very hard to open/close. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work. The TV’s randomly came on. I would stay here again!!!

Great Find!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! We took our 3 children and they each brought a friend, so we had 8 total. The condo was very spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy (not something you always get). There were plenty of linens in the bathrooms. The place was clean and decorated nicely. It will definitely go on our list of favorites!

The unit was advertised as having cable/wifi and dishwasher and a fridge with an ice makerOur first day there was raining and we had no television service except for streaming on our own personal subscriptions. We called in the issue and we did not get a response for 5 days. The first today’s of our stay wereRainy so a working would have been nice. The dishwasher did not work at all. I called and a tech came right away to look at it and the ice maker. We did not hear anything about those two items and issues for the remainder of the trip. I called/texted several times. Just my opinion but I feel bad for the management company of this condo. If the owner doesn’t do maintenance and upgrades it’s a tough deal for them. We will never rent this unit again. We have been going to White Caps for 14 years now and this is the first poor experience we have had

Lots of Good

This is a great unit with a fabulous view. That is the good.While here, the water heater, the ice maker and the dish washer were broken. The unit manager fixed the water heater and brought us ice.Communication with Liquid Life (unit manager) was good. They were polite and helpful. It appeared the water heater had been an issue previous to our arrival.I would go here again. Just know, there is a good chance soemthing will be broken.

Perfect ocean view

Best ocean-view from the balcony. Loved the condo. Only issue was the king mattress was a bit harsh on your back. Other than that it was perfect.

Great Vacation

We really loved the condo and all of the accommodations. It was spacious, clean, and enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would gladly rent this unit again! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! We will definitely be returning.

The location of this property was great! Minutes away from everything you might need. The host was really great and easy to communicate with. Will be returning here again in the future and loved doing business with Liquid Life Vacation Rentals Company.
