Be Prepared!!!! FILTHY!!!

The condo was !! I walked on the floor and rugs without shoes on for an hour or so...my feet turned BLACK! The cushion on the deck was so filthy I would not sit on it. I have pics but I am unable to load them. We called the rental agency and they said they would put in an order to get a new cushion, but we never got one. We stayed a week and paid close to 1,500, so you would think they could get us a lounger cushion. I will say that the beds were comfy and the sheets were soft. The building was good. We have stayed at Windward Pointe a number of times and like the location. Wish the pool had been cleaner and that there was hand soap in the bathroom's dispenser at the pool.

The property was beautiful, as it was during our last stay. The condo was immaculate when we checked in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay. The balcony was upgraded with a new surface that diminished the possibility of slipping during wet conditions. The big negative was the difficulty contacting someone to report a very loud, disruptive, and out of control party at a time when we were winding down for the evening. This happened on 2 consecutive nights. Although the noise eventually stopped this type of behavior was completely unexpected and not acceptable for a complex geared to more mature visitors and people with young families.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. The kitchen had everything imaginable to feel at home. The only problem was the ice maker. Even when it was turned off it continued to make ice. The condo was very spacious. The balcony was an extension of the living room. The views were incredible. We are already planning to come back next year.

First visit to Orange Beach

Our first time to Orange Beach was wonderful! My family loved the condo. Once we figured out all of the light switches it was a breeze. Loved the balcony and watch dolphins swim right in front while we had coffee every morning. This was the perfect condo for us.

Absolutely AWESOME!!!

Loved our stay at Windward Point 1001. The condo was clean and spacious. The wrap around balcony is fabulous with breath taking views. We enjoyed it immensely watching the 4th of July fireworks. Amenities, shops, restaurants, and parking are convenient. The people in Orange Beach are friendly and everyone exudes happiness….including tourists. Our host checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything…which we didn’t… but they were NOT meddlesome or annoying. We all were very pleased and would love to return. Thanks!

Disappointed in Experience and Property Response

We had an initial positive impression which turned poor quickly and then to complete disappointment. There were limited supplies in the condo, some wear and tear, and minor inconveniences such as no basketballs at the courts or racquets to check out. All of this was okay and we could overlook. We discovered very quickly major construction on the building that was heard throughout the condo and realized the pool was closed. We contacted the property management and were severely disappointed in the canned response that construction can't be controlled and a quote from a buried disclaimer in the agreement along with a screenshot of an email that was sent (found in my Spam as it came from a different sender and was nondescript in the correspondence with a subject of "find attached correspondence". This type of MAJOR communication should have been clearly shared and confirmed immediately. We NEVER would have reserved this condo with beautiful pool pictures if we knew the pool was closed and there would be pounding heard inside and outside of the condo during the hours of 9-5. The property management was dishonest AND offered nothing but hostility when we contacted them. Do not reserve this property or any property managed by Liquid Life. We paid full price for a unit that was falsely advertised.

Rest and Relax

The property was good, very disappointed in not knowing ahead of time that construction was taking place and access to the pool and condo decks would be limited. Very poor communication. The construction rattled the building from 8 am to 5 pm, became very irritating. I asked in advance about any possible construction because I read the reviews from 2022 and there it was mentioned about the construction going on then, I assumed it would have been done by 2023. But I did ask and was told that they would send me an email about any construction if there was any going on.....never received that email....received many emails from the property manager but nothing was said about construction. Very disappointed.

Nice Condo very spacious

The condo was very spacious it was clean the only complaint we have was the bed in the master was super soft it hurt our backs. The master bedroom also had a musty smell. The furniture on the porch was adequate but could use cleaning. The couch in the living room is wore out not comfortable to sit on. Overall I would say the condo was nice.

August pre-back to school trip

Corner unit with excellent view, nice breeze due to 10th floor, kitchen utensils adequate, roomy enough for our group - nice unit overall. Could of used more towels, etc., as only one kitchen dish towel and four washcloths so will pack some for next year. The deck needs a couple of ceiling areas patched but only cosmetic and not structural. We would gladly stay here again!
