Beautiful property but only average cleaning. Equivalent to standard hotel cleaning, where you will find hair in places like bathroom showers, randomly around sinks, or on linens.

Fantastic House for our Multi-Generational Family

First of all, the folks at Beachball Properties are so easy to deal with! This house has a great floor plan with plenty of space for our family of 9. The fenced backyard was where we spent most evenings with the kids playing games or just generally expending energy. Loved the kitchen set up, the upstairs den/play area for the kids, the laundry, bedrooms, etc. The community pool was very nice and never over-crowded. Our grandchildren rode their scooters there every day. The location is central to so many activities, restaurants and shopping. If I could have given 4.8 stars, I would have. Some maintenance is needed to the house and the front yard was a little overgrown and messy looking. It would be so helpful to have rubber bath mats for the tubs and/or grab bars outside the tubs. That said, we will most definitely rent this house again!

Lovely home and great location. A baking sheet/cookie sheet in the kitchen would be a great addition. Our group of 8 ranged in age from 70-86. A handrail going from the parking space up the stairs to the porch would also be a good addition. Our biggest concern was the tubs in 3 of the bathrooms. There are no grab bars and no non-slip mats for the floor of the tubs. One member of our group slipped and fell in the tub. Fortunately no serious injury, but it could have been very serious. We purchased mats for our personal use for the remainder of our stay.

The property was beautiful, and we really loved the house and decor. The host was very responsive throughout our stay. One of the gaming machines was not working and unfortunately could not be fixed during our visit. The broom in the house had definitely seen better days and probably needs replacing, especially for guests like us who like to keep the floors clean.The coffee machine was also not working initially, but the host quickly had a replacement coffee pot delivered the same day, which we appreciated.The biggest downside was the beach access. We specifically booked this house over another property with a private pool because the listing described the beach as a “one minute walk.” In reality, it was not walkable for us, and we ended up having to drive and pay for parking for two vehicles every day. Aside from that inconvenience, we enjoyed the stay overall.
